Has anyone downloaded the iBook to their Thingy? I've seen the video where you can look at the albums which then takes you to iTunes to download the albums.
My question is, if you've already got the albums on your iMachine can it take you there rather than to the shop? Thanks!
I downloaded the book and love it. From what I understand, one big difference in the iBook compared to the hard copy is that there will be updates to the iBook which, in turn can be downloaded. I've already gone through one update of the app (tho don't tell me how or where the book has been updated).
I would suspect, in order to get more album sales, the iTunes links are for the store - and not linked to your own iTunes. From what I understand, having links to your own individual account would require some different coding and would not fly, because the band wouldn't make any money.
Updates to the book? Yeah right - like the 100 bootlegs that tailed off after about a dozen or so when we all twigged we were getting sold third gen copies of what we already had, and stuff that was listed as from one gig and it was actually completely different.
