It says shipping is free, but I don't know if that includes international or not. I haven't seen the concert DVD, but as you might remember, I saw the live show in which your "Back From The Dead" video was featured. Anyway, his Twitter feed is advertising everything in his "store" at link for $5, and I saw this and thought of you.

I bought the Unwigged DVD when it came out, had a great old laugh watching my bit. They had a great keyboardist playing for them too (it was actually he who messaged me about getting on the thing).
