Thanks a lot ! Great to see a confirmed gen copy turn up at last.
I'd like to speed up the 11-16-78 recording from Dime too. Some day one day, when I have more time.

Yikes, the speed is really bad :-( I hope somebody finds the time to correct it :-)
Yeah, the speed is bad but the recording is the clearest I've heard for this date.
Listened to some bits and boy, what a GREAT performance. The band is incredibly energetic, feeding off the enormous energy of an audience that's totally into the show.
Great stuff.
This 1978 Jazz tour has become one of my favourites and it's great we have a couple of great recordings. I'm hoping for a great recording from the 1st half of november to come out... By the time they hit NY the band was on fire and FM was in great voice so I guess shows like Boston or Providence were great aswell...

it's not a question of time! not everyone here is an expert on remastering!!! please let me know which software to use, I would really try to do my best on this recording though there are people who are more into this thing yet...
I'll take care of it, don't worry !
This, and the New York 78 recording too.
It's not hard to do the speed correction, but it's tricky to make sure there aren't little clicks between the tracks.
if I have nuff time tomorrow I'll edit this great gig, it shouldn't appear little clicks between tracks since I merge everything onto one single WAV file, do the editing and then I split the show again onto separate tracks,
if not tomorrow, within this week I'll be editing this one...
