Curling.
I wish it were golf, but it is far from relaxing when you can't break 100.
I also play ultimate frisbee, but I wouldn't describe it as relaxing ! Invigorating is a better term.

LOL
I used to play on a Ladies' billiards team for years. They gave me MVP one year for something like being reliable for driving people around and being a good sport. The rough of equivalent of KISS 'moving towards the musical'. LOL. It was always fun though, and once in a while I did (sometimes accidentally) do something spectacular.
Curling is kind of like bocce ball on ice. Release the rocks, and the closest to the middle of the rings scores a point or points.
But there's an added twist - you have two (or sometimes three) people sweeping the ice to heat it up a couple degrees, which changes the course of the rock. Sweeping makes it curl less but travel further. It's all physics.
A beautiful game. No corruption, no injuries, and no age limit.

i've played golf for 17 years and still don't very often break 90. it's the most frustrating game in the world....designed, run and provided for my a scheme of huge marketing genius
dress code = money
equipment = money
better equipment = more money
membership = even more money
new gadgets/game improvement tools = yet more money
then finally, therapy when you still regularly struggle the wrong side of 90
and Golf's deceptively and cunningly snidey in that in EVERY round you ever play you will have ONE fucking shot that makes you feel like a pro - for the whole of the day you played it on....and that ONE shot is the one that drags you back to the ploughed sh*theap the following weekend....only to realise that you're still...SHIT AT GOLF
well that's how it is for me
I went to a golf range for the first and last time in 1984. It was like something straight out of a cartoon. My swings spun around like 450 degrees and I consistently liberated huge clots of completely innocent earth. I'm not even quite sure how. It was a level of incompetence that has, thus far, scared me permanently away from golf courses. It looks fun for other people though. :)
Personally, I think you're all playing the game wrong. It's not about breaking 100 or even 90, which can be difficult for me as well.
It's about the beer still being cold on the 16th tee.

No, it's definitely not just you.
You're one of the lucky ones. Most of us don't even get that one lucky shot.
The most relaxing sport is... betting haha. This way of "sport" is much more easier than running and other. Just use this site 4 football predictions and make work related to sport in front of your PC. There is nothing more relaxing.
>whats yours.
Fox hunting. There's nothing like the rush of the wind through the hair as your steed strains to catch up to the pack; and then watching it tear the little bastard limb from limb.
Chewing the cud over a pint or three at the local hostelry afterwards nd planning the next trip is utterly joyous.
I like do physical activities using my basement which i changed into a gym. I don't pay gyn membership and paid only once for basement finishing https://ikhomepros.com/basement-finishing-and-remodeling/ which is now equipped like a gym.
Basement finishing is a good thing to do, especially if it is quarantine and we can't go in for sports in the local gyms.
