Just listened to the bass track for Bicycle Race.
So many little intricacies that are buried in the mix!
It even sounds like Johns only slapping and popping on a Queen album, I could never tell he was slapping until now.
Excellent bass track!
This is why I love all of these stems and multitracks.
There is SO much buried in the final mixes of songs that we never get to hear properly.
I really think queen should just relent and release stems like these for every song they've done.
I'd happily pay for them.
It's interestng you say that!
I was listening to a few Jazz tracks and remarked on the bass on Let Me Entertain You and Jealousy.
Along with Bicycle Race I think these were all Freddie songs so he and John seemed to be working together particularly well at that time.

Queen should do this with more songs. Totally agree.
An Anthology is going to be released for sure one time.
I think a cd including multitracks will be a great idea.....

John pops on Cool Cat! :-) Multiple times, too.
