Just noticed on Paul Rodgers' website that he was invited to give a 'lecture' at the BMI awards and chose to includeTime To Shine from TCR, From what I can gather the 'lecturer' is a famous singer/songwriter who gives a run-through of their creations.

Celebrating it's 36 year the Conclave Learning Center in which BMI
invites a legendary well respected singer and songwriter to lecture. The
Conclave Learning Conference draws radio and music industry
professionals, students, teachers, promotion companies, suppliers, and
syndicators. Past legends and lecturers include Willie Nelson, Hall
and Oates and David Crosby. This year Paul Rodgers was the guest
singer songwriter, he began his lecture playing and speaking about the
first song he ever wrote and recorded when he was just 17 "Walk in My
Shadow" " Free" he continued to work through his canon of songs with
Bad Company , The Firm, Solo and Queen + Paul Rodgers.
Performing "Time to Shine" on piano the last song that he wrote and
recorded on the Queen + Paul Rodgers album "The Cosmos Rocks" He
finished off the lecture with a beautiful version of "Seagull" and a
rocking acoustic version of "All Right Now" that had everyone singing
along.
