We all know the Wembley Fri night show will be the bonus item on the 25th anniversary DVD despite the fact that Doro filmed a heap of stuff from the Magic tour (bits of Newcastle / Mannheim / Knebworth etc) yet QP seemed to choose the one item which was not filmed by Doro. Same with QRM, we got Live Aid (which was already officially available) and a crappy interview.
It seems QP are definately avoiding using Doro material as bonus material , I assume for some legal reason (maybe because Doro are broke and want stupid amounts of money to use the material) . Any ideas?

I don't know about the money thing with DoRo, but they used DoRo-directed videos, such as "Scandal," on the Greatest Video Hits II DVD. As for what is or isn't on the Wembley disc, I don't think it had anything to do with "let's not use anything else from the Magic Tour," but was rather, "Let's make it special and put both nights on DVD." I doubt the one had anything to do with the other. It's the 25th Anniversary of Wembley, they weren't looking at it as the 25th Anniversary of the Magic Tour.
Maybe they're saving that material for the 30th Ann. of the Magic Tour and will do something for it then, like a boxed set with the audio of Mannhiem, Newcastle, Knebworth and Budapest, and the Budapest DVD [full concert, if it exists]. Or not, only time will tell.
As to having their Live Aid set on Queen Rock Montreal, I was happy they did that. I didn't want to buy the 8 DVD Live Aid boxed set just to get 20 minutes of Queen. It was a no-brainer decision to get the 2 DVD Montreal set. Given there was nothing else left from Mobilevision (outtakes, alternate camera angle, etc) to put on the Montreal DVD, I was happy B&R did a commentary. It's especially interesting since their commentary is quite unflattering toward Saul Swimmer, yet his commentary from the earlier We Will Rock You DVD is the exact opposite, talking about how great the guys were to work with and how involved they were.

Wasn't Greatest Hits 2 DVD a 100% Queen Production and QRM done together with Eagle Vision? Maybe Eagle Vision doesn't want the DORO stuff on it.
I thought Universal technically own the Doro stuff now since it was sold off. I would imagine since it was shot on film, Doro footage will probably be saved for the Budapest Blu-Ray release since it would really benefit from the higher resolution.
