Thank you. I sure would love to see it - but only BBC America available here and not the same stuff. |
Hangman_96 24.05.2011 06:49 |
Thanks for telling about it, but it won't be that interesting as they always show all the same. |
Thistle 24.05.2011 07:22 |
Would be interesting if it's the whole show this time. Probably not, though. |
Hangman_96 24.05.2011 07:28 |
It can't be the whole show as the BBC crew had packed their cameras before the second encore started. Now all our hope is that maybe someone from the audience filmed the second encore, though I doubt. |
plumrach 24.05.2011 08:57 |
its only on for an hour so most probably just highlights |

Agreed though Lostman, it would be amzing if someone had caught that second encore! |

But it would be cool if this concert was released. It would have served as a good excuse for QPL who long time keep this concerts in archives I hope that by the end of this year QPL will release at least one concert, which never had not been officially released |
Hangman2011 24.05.2011 22:43 |
Let's hope that will show full concert, without cutting some moment. Otherwise, if it makes no sense to someone to write and share. And so versions of this concert very much. True, some in poor quality. |

Anyway, didn't even know there was such a thing, tbh. How did you come to know of them? My understanding of the English language and any slang that derives from it comes from everyday life. Whether it be on TV, radio or the movies, read, taught directly, or even heard used in the street, it's easy to quickly pick up the meaning of such sayings, especially if there's a visual to go with it, i.e a thrust or pointing to the genitals. If you haven't picked that up yet at your age, then you've led a very sheltered life. Either that, or you're just acting the goat. I'll take the second one. |

It's so sad that you always think you're right, and what is even more sad is that you've always got to get the last word in to boot. I try to be civilised with you, you patronise. I try to have a laugh with you, you turn it into an argument. And furthermore, for someone who always seems to take the high moral ground, you're actually just a vile wee *anker. Perhaps it doesn't appeal so much to you because there is already an excellent bootleg around (albeit mono) Remember an official release should be the longest version available with remixed stereo, possible extras and free from on screen logos. I would have preferred Hammersmith 79 myself though. |

Only the recording device experienced the problems. As for Hyde Park, yes, the band were late. History has documented very well that this is why they couldn't play an encore, as they had already run a half hour past the scheduled ending time. |

HEllo, I just got back from a Qween Expo that I held in my flat with the man who molests other men. He's not nice man as he forced Qween memorabilia up my fronthead. When he listens to Qweeen he does a funny dance with me. He puts himself up me and we laugh about Hammersmith 75 concert that we went to. It wasn't a good concert. They played a cassette of Hot Space through the speakers 3 times even though it wouldn't be made for 5 years into the futures. Metal bibby. Fuck qween. Does anyone want webcam fun with me and the manfriend who molests other men? Go Freddie!!!111!! |

footstomper 31.05.2011 08:12 |
I'd like to add how great it was to see this show broadcast digital in such great quality. This concert really captures Queen at their best, at a time when I was just getting into them big time. Please, please, please let's have a 'Queen At The BBC' DVD release. All those wonderful lost Top Of The Pops performances and the Bob Harris interviews may not be the greatest quality, but they've been unseen for almost 40 years, so please put them on as extras so we can see them in their full glory. And let's have them in their correct aspect ratio. Come on Queen, please release this on DVD. |
pittrek 31.05.2011 10:07 |
So WHAT EXACTLY was shown yesterday ? Was it the same edit as last time, or did they broadcast all songs (up to the medley) or maybe even the full concert ? |
Rick 31.05.2011 10:15 |
Don't know. It started with an old Bob Harris introducing the thing. Then the show started with the 'new' audio mix. Heavy snare sound, once again. I only watched Now I'm Here. |
