It's a great pic actually...this photos was taken in Argentina, but I can't remember if it was at Velez Sarsfield stadium or in Rosario. I have seen this photo before as part of Rosario gig, but I'm not sure of that info i read time ago.
It's one of those rare occassions (maybe the only occasion) with a bare chested John. It's the second night in Sao Paulo, 21 March 1981, if I recall correctly.

HMV yesterday if anybody is interested.
Omg is this true maybe i will get those remasters then, just shows you how stupid these releases are.
the remasters bombed because the wasn't any high demand for the Queen albums. Remember Greatest Hits 1 and 2 are among the greatest selling albums of all time, the former being the greatest selling album in the UK. In theory, those two albums are all you need from Queen
Deep Cuts Vol 2, the cover comes from Sao Paulo 81 (however you spell it)
I wonder what Deep Cuts Vol 3 cover would be; would it be something from the Works or Magic tours, or would it be from the studio in the 86-91 period

queenlive.ca is a great site but it's wrong...in Sao Paulo - morumbi stadium - the goal fence is far from the stands, while in the argentinian stadiums - velez and rosario- are right behind the goal fence, which is what you see in the picture, besides the tribunes of Morumbi are cylindrical, which in this picture you can see they are not.
I did notice however that although the remaster of A night at the opera was £6 the previous or old cd version of it was £13! Thought to myself thats a bit odd.

HMV tends to do that.
