What makes you think it was played? It seems doubtful that they would skip it randomly for one night. But then again, maybe they didn't play it. But then, where else would they take Spread Your Wings from? I couldn't really think of anything.
They didn't play it on the second night in New York. Most of the NOTW songs were on rotation on this tour. They played Doing All Right at that NY show. These setlists may have been the most interesting ones they ever did, but with only 5 recordings from the tour we can't really know..
would be better if instead of sad short videos, QPL at last would come to his senses after a blissful idiocy and would release to the entire archive that was not released
Um, why do you feel like you're entitled to everything in their archives, i.e. their property? Can you name one major artist who has released their entire archive?

Why not? What good does it do if they just keep it for themselves? It just makes their fans frustrated and then no one gets to see it but them.
Yes it's a huge exaggeration to ask for their WHOLE archive but some more stuff would be nice...especially live stuff. For example, if they showed the full Rainbow 1974 show at the exhibit, why can't they just release it for people to see? Unless, they're saving all these great gems for after they rerelease the albums.
