2011 truly holds a lot of Queen-related anniversaries. 40th of John joining on July 2nd (his first concert with the others), 20th of Freddie's death on Nov 24th, 25th of Wembley '86 on July 12th, 35th of Hyde Park on Sept 18th, and John's 60th birthday on August 19th. But how will they celebrate September 5th at WWRY? Brian makes special appearances every year, of course, but how do you think they'll go the extra mile for Freddie's 65th birthday? My hope is Ben Elton will write an extra joke in for the actor playing Pop, saying about 'he was the key Bohemian, but it's time to retire' - the insight being 65 is the retiring age in Britain. A far-fetched dream is a cameo from the Thin White Duke himself when Under Pressure is performed. It'll be better than when the-boy-band-that-must-not-be-named came on stage to do Don't Stop Me Now for Freddie's 60th, only because their cover of the song had hit number-one the previous week. (Bluergh!) Maybe Kerry Ellis could return to play Meat, because let's face it, she MADE that role. And - but this is just plain imaginary - Ben Elton could find a way to make the more famous Blackadder jokes work in a Queen musical - some of the complete golden jewels of Blackadder being the turnip surprise,
