Ok, so forgive me if this seems like a silly question, but were most all of Queen's concerts recorded by Queen Productions? I know bootlegs exist for tons of concerts, but are they locked in the vaults and only a few will see the light of day?
Greg Brooks, the official Queen Archivist did post here some time ago a list of all live recordings existing in the archives. There were surprisingly few items on the list

And we'll probably see sweet f**k all of these before we die! :(
You're probably right Ginja. I am getting on a bit and my memory is dreadful.
Hey, you weren't at Convention were you?
Would have been good to have met up...!
Rainbow for sure. i bet that they are planning the furure release.
But in the 4000 tapes... maybe... Knebworth?
At the end of the magic tour:
Brian: Our last concert of the tour, what a great night, can we see our concert, please?
Greg: No Brian, unfortunately the cams don't record nothing, someone forgot to push the button, the transmission is lost in the space, you know...
Brian: ah, well... then we must throw the tapes
Greg: Ok, i'll do it later (MWA HA HA HA HA)

Nah, but I did get to speak to Greg at the exhibition. For what it's worth he was a really nice guy, so I don't understand some of the abuse he gets on here.
He said a couple of lorries were needed to transport all the tapes.
