I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I haven't found it here.
Did anybody of you guys compare the official Budapest 86 video to the full audio recording ? Are there any overdubs ? If yes, where ? Thanks a lot

There is at least 1 overdub in the middle of Under Pressure. I did not compared both recordings yet for more overdubs, but I think there are more..

Roger's backing vocal, right?
As far as I know, this and Brian's opening solo in One Vision are the only ones. But I haven't compared them side to side like the Live Killers shows..
Also During HTF strange thing:
please comprare 2.20-2.30 part , on official release You can hear some "words" from Freddie that's not present on complete unofficial recording!!
in the clips above, in the official version, at 3.26 - there's a prominent roger vocal - but look closely, and you'll find that he's not singing in the mircrophone
I wanna tell you some things that I've noticed about official Live Magic album. This is about Under Pressure which is from Budapest on this album.
Compare official video release (or unofficial uncut version) to Live Magic version of Under Pressure in some spots.
Listen to official release at 1:24 link and then this same spot on LM album at 1:17 link . Just listen how he spells "She been around", it's completely different. The overdub was done for LM album.
And another one, compare 3:06 link to 3:04 here link . Listen how they spell "caring", it's also different.
Months ago I also wanted to create such version of Budapest using audio from official video release and audio from uncut 16-cam version. Unfortunately, I still can't get so much of time to do that :-(
Haven't really the time to listen in detail, but I'm starting to wonder if LM has been produced in a similar way to LK? One song coming from multiple shows?
There are no major merges of shows like on Live Killers. But it's pretty clear now that there are plenty of vocal fixes that were done for both the Budapest video and Live Magic releases.. and in the case of Under Pressure, different things were done for each release. The overdubs could be from other shows or were later done in the studio. Roger's backing vocal leading into the second chorus of UP was surely done in the studio, as he never sang that bit live.

This is a very interesting one, as Freddie is seen singing that bit too. So maybe the footage is taken from another song? Or perhaps the line just didn't come out on the recording for some reason. Maybe the sound guy had brought down the fader on Freddie's mic since it was the guitar solo in the song. The uncut recording we have may be the live mix, so this is a possibility.
