I was just in my 'ultimate boxset' frame of mind and trawling through the sessiongraphy at Queenpedia.com and I'm sure a lot of you who have skimmed through it have noticed that some common bootleg stuff (Silver Salmon and Feel Like, to name a couple) are credited as unreleased, so I wonder if any other unreleased tracks in that massive list are kicking around in clear form (and by clear I don't mean convention tapes that are likely to have Greg Brooks chanting 'Property of QP' every 10 seconds... Grrr...) Here's a list of stuff in the sg, some which is rumoured to exist, and its unclear whether they're clear leaked studio tapes at that. If anybody can confirm clear sources of the following, I'd be eternally grateful.
Nevernore (electric piano version) - recorded during Queen II sessions, late Aug '73
I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside (acapella) - recorded during SHA sessions, approx. mid Sept '74, to open SHA
Coming Soon (early version) - recorded near the end of Jazz sessions, October '78
Beautiful Day (demo) - the originial that was used as basis for IABD in '95, I thought the 1980 demo would be interesting
Man Made Paradise (Queen version) - this was supposedly for the Works, and was rumoured to be recorded during HS
Two Sharp Pencils [Get Bad] - I have heard this, but Roger's voice is slowed down, so is there a normal-voice version?
Let Me In [Your Hearf Again] (Queen version) - definitely recorded in late August '83-ish, do any leaked sources have it?
I Dream of Christmas (Queen version) - again, this exists, but extremely hard to find. Note: this and Let Me In end up on
Talking of Love in released versions. Not really a sparkling piece of knowledge, I just thought it was fun to point out.
Love Makin' Love (Queen version) - Done for AKOM, deemed surplus. Judging by the Freddie version on Solo Collection, I think the song may have potiental, and a full band version would get a thumbs-up from me
Heaven for Everyone (1986 version) - Good to know that a pre-Cross version was recorded, and Crystal Taylor (Roger's personal assistant at the time) called this version 'the biggest hit Queen ever had', so I'm sure all Queenzoners are eager to get a source
Africa by Night - A firmly documented early version of All God's People recorded during the Barcelona sessions
Any ''unreleased'' stuff from the Miracle sessions - yes, I know John S. Stuart has documented a lot of this, so it should have good sources
Sleepy Blues from the Back to the Light sessions
Assassin - I think this may an early version of Innuendo. Just rumours, but I've read a track called 'Assassin' was a work-in-progress demo of Innuendo, just wondering if this could be it
The Hitman (Brian vocal, complete) - Sessiongraphy-goers will know this exists as session dd, and a snippet was on the Hints of Innuendo Promo Teaser Tape source, so it a full version anywhere?
Freedom Train (Queen version) - This may on Youtube, but my mind can play tricks
Dear, Mr. Murdoch (Cross version) - marked as unreleased in the sessions for Blue Rock, so it would be bonus to have a pre-Happiness? take
Thanks to John S. Stuart and David R. Fuller for inspiring me to do this post (by the way, David, if you're reading this, congrats on the full Face It Alone demo!). You two mainly, but others who may have good unreleased gems, are absolute gods to potiental boxset builders like myself!
If you check the site out, you'll find that this has been done. JSS and Jam Monkey have the most comprehensive lists, I believe
Check this one out link
I reckon that anything that you've listed that may not be in JM's list should be submitted to the above thread so that we can keep the discussion more compact, and the information easier to find, in the one place.
You may also want to take a look at QueenVault.com - the site describes in detail everything that's leaked and mentions a few confirmed demos. It does not however go into speculation about what might be in the archives, which is a good thing in my opinion.

Nevernore (electric piano version) - recorded during Queen II sessions, late Aug '73
Fake, the story is that the 'electric piano' version was broadcasted on Radio Luxembourgh. This version isn't a version with electric piano, it's the normal master version with some strange vibrato effect added.
