One little question, Pittrek : - This SOURCE (1) referenced in this new Merge , is from best-sounding rec for this show ( Rec- length -> 117 minutes, Quality sound-> A- ) , as quoted in Sir GH site ??? |
| Vali 12.12.2010 16:56 |
fantastic Peter, thanks a lot ! |
| brians wig 12.12.2010 17:35 |
NOOOOOO!!!!!!! The japanese remaster of Live Killers is infinitely better than the Hollywood Records, which sounds flat in comparison. Or was that the point Peter - to have all the sources merge better! :-) |
| bruno_facio 12.12.2010 17:44 |
Great share Pittrek !! Thanks for your work on '79 recordings! Can't wait to hear the march gig! |
| pittrek 13.12.2010 00:38 |

I can here no problems there (using Winamp) EDIT : Sorry I checked the Tokyo merge :-) I'll try to find my Paris files and check them but I don't remember any gaps there too |
| vivaqueen 19.01.2011 05:54 |
this is my fingerprint if anyone can check: 08 - I'm In Love With My Car.flac.flac:ac376326ab71b455e45472a453a9d0b5 |
| bootLuca 19.01.2011 06:29 |
yes, also my copy have a gap during i'm in love with my car! |
| pittrek 19.01.2011 13:04 |
Ouch. Yes, that's a nasty encoding error, something unexpected happened during the wav > flac conversion . Can somebody correct this please ? I'm having a brutally slow internet connection for some strange reason, so I can't upload anything |
| The Real Wizard 19.01.2011 14:55 |
Nooo, nothing like that could ever come from a WAV>FLAC conversion. It's actually on my original share of the audience recording.. for some reason I missed this one. Tomorrow I'll post a corrected track. I'll have to find another copy of the audience recording and splice in the missing bit. |

Ok, here we go - link |
