Here is a clean vinyl transfer from the ZOOM lp.
This show sounds like the bootleg cd's Queentessence and absolutely rare.
So it wil be a upgrade for everyone here.
OSAKA kosei nenkin kaikan - march 29th. 1976 afternoon (matinee) performance
2lp ZOOM > pioneer standalone cdr recorder pdr 02 > cdr > wav > flac (8)
Just 1 big file. link
PLEASE NOTICE I had to manually divide the tracks (making a table of contents) while recording (the vinyl to cdr) , that means pressing a button to make a new track.I hadn't reworked this one , I totally forgotten this one until I found my "master cdr's " which were labeled clean transfer. This should have been my earlier share a few years ago (zoom matinee search for the topic.) but it was a different transfer. And luckily Bob noticed it very soon.
Could someone remaster this one and reupload it whit a correct table of content ?
So this one should be the best one!
Share it , remaster it and let everyone enjoy this gem in it's best form....
If anyone is interested in what the KOSEI NENKIN KAIKAN venue looks like try this link , you will have a great insight of what the band was seeing while performing link

Hi can anyone remaster this one please ?
GREGSYNTH do you have some spare time ?
This was always one of my favourites. But now with al the new show upgrades from japan 76 I am not sure. Can anyone make the track dividing correct , and change the speed and eq it a bit ?
This is a real change to hear how inovative and trashy Queen sound was back then. Especially the encores : I always turn the volume tot the max when I am in my car. Brilliant versions of ITLOFTG , Now I;m Here and Jailhouse Rock!

Hi Ghostwithasmile
Thank you for your amazing shares. I enjoy each and everyone of them!
This show has always been one of my favourites too (mainly because of the soundquality) and it's certainly a very welcome and interesting upload.
However, I think this may not be the best sounding version. Can anyone confirm this??
Firstly, Thank you very much for sharing all these sources 'ghostwithasmile !!!!
I would love to have the original Zoom LP , to play a vinil player that I have here at home.... would be great for sure !!
And here the orginal LP artwork (Back, Front, Inside), which comes from a CD-R (vinyl sourced), I've got many years back. Also included the "Fan Made" CD-Labels, which were wrongly labeled as "Evening Show" instead of "Afternoon Show" (I have removed this....)
Have Fun!!
Many thanks indeed for this.
On the remaster front, I've had a go at eq'ing things (no speed correction for now). Link below is to 2 files of 'Liar' only: the 'comparison' file switches between the original file and my restoration (at *very* roughly 20 second intervals and is NOT the whole song), and the second is the complete 'restored' file, so you can toggle or listen through at your leisure. Hope that makes sense, and note that THIS IS EQ ONLY.
Please anyone let me know what they think and I'll either carry on, change it, or stop. link
