Had to dig this thread back up, as I've finally gotten a chance to listen to this show..
For indisputable proof of Brian May being an absolute guitar god, have a listen to this version of Liar - it's perhaps the most fiery solo he ever did on stage. Fast, creative, tasteful, and squeaky clean. Just about left me breathless, and after 20 years of listening to guitar solos, that doesn't happen too often.
