Brian and Roger will be playing The Prince’s Trust Rock Gala 2010 at the Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday 17th November.
Other acts on the line-up include Eric Clapton, Tom Jones, Jools Holland and Status Quo, who will be collaborating with the likes of Paolo Nutini, Jamie Cullum and Paloma Faith.
The Gala will be filmed in 3D and hosted by comedians Rob Brydon and Barry Humphries as Dame Edna Everage.
The Rock Galas of the 80’s were formed when the UK economy was gripped by inflation, strikes and high unemployment following recession. Britain’s youth had little hope and no future. The Trust called upon supporters including Brian May and others to form ‘super groups’, raising money to help the most disadvantaged young people.
In his role as Prince’s Trust Ambassador, Brian said: “Our last performance [in 1988] at the Rock Gala had one aim…to raise money for youngsters struggling to find work after a recession. Unfortunately we find ourselves in the same situation twenty years on and I’m helping the best way I know how.â€

But it WILL be different.
I have never seen them perform We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions in 3D!!!!
hahaha :)
If they want to be considered anything other than dinosaurs, they should perform at least Cosmos Rockin' or C-lebrity. Roger on vocals, of course.
