I voted for the following:
Queen- My Fairy King. One of my all-time favourite songs, I consider it to be the best (and most beautiful) song on Queen. Jesus would probably come second.
Queen II- TMOTBQ. I'm not quite as big a fan of it as I once was, but it still stuns me. Nevermore would almost certainly come second.
SHA- Killer Queen. One of the single greatest songs ever created in the history of music.
ANATO- The Prophet's Song. My all-time favourite song (Queen or otherwise); I find it so exciting, so astonishing and so emotionally satifying that if I question why I love Queen, I'll just put it on and I'll question no more. :D
ADATR- Somebody to Love. Considering how awesome it is, yet it doesn't feature in many greatest song lists, one could argue that this was among Queen's most underrated songs.
NOTW- I don't really have a clear favourite. I love WWRY and Who Needs You, however if I had to make a choice (such as here), I would opt for Sleeping on the Sidewalk. A wonderful song about Queen's love of music, I consider it to feature Brian's greatest lead vocal performance.
Jazz- I actually have two favourites; Bicycle Race, an example of pure genius, and In Only Seven Days, arguably Queen's single greatest love song and John's masterpiece. I opted for Bicycle Race, simply because it was written by Freddie, but I could have gone either way.
The Game- Another album with no clear favourite. There are several songs (such as Save Me, SASS, CLTCL and Play the Game), which I would single out above most of the others, but in the end I opted for AOBTD. It's a brilliant song, it was unlike anything Queen had written before, and it was written by John. He was such a consistent song-writer during the 70's, and he was unlucky not to be selected for Jazz (with IOSD).
Hot Space- Staying Power. The album's best song? Probably not. The album's most enjoyable song and the one which more than any other represented the essence of Hot Space? Absolutely! :D BTW, on an unrelated topic, I really think that Hot Space was a criminally underrated album.
The Works- KPTOW. Apart from the 'love is all you need' line, it was IMO close to one of the best pop songs Queen ever recorded. I love it!
AKOM- FWBF. I could have opted for POTU. My second favourite song on the album, it was arguably among Queen's best and coolest hard rock songs. It's got more street cred than FWBF, which isn't particularly popular. But, ultimately, I don't really care what people think. I love FWBF! :D Yes, it's corny, but Freddie is wonderful, and Brian is superb. His solo was arguably among his all-time greats. Plus, the lyrics weren't THAT bad.
The Miracle- I Want It All. Although The Miracle (a very underrated album IMO) had some terrific stuff; The Miracle, WIAWI, and to a lesser extent Breakthru and Rain Must Fall (I also liked The Invisible Man but it wasn't a contender at all), ultimately IWIA is the one song which will go down IMO as a classic, if it hasn't already. A fantastic hard rock song in which all of the elements were amazing, I think it is comparable to Queen's best hard rock songs.
Innuendo- TSMGO. A true masterpiece, and arguably one of the greatest closing songs of all time, as well as Queen's best closing song.
MIH- Let Me Live. I have a theory that the only reason Let Me Live has not earned the acclaim that is deserves is because it was released on an album whose very status has been called into question (never by me though). If it had been realeased on a 70's album, I think it would be acknowledged for the masterpiece that it truly was.
