I've recently been to a Tori Amos' concert and was amazed by her gorgeous voice and skilful piano-playing. She's still, after all these years, a great musician - she played "Hey Jupiter" as an encore, and I didn't think she could still sing it and play it so beautifully, making a more than 10 year-old song sound fresh and moving.
I've found another recent rendition of this song on youtube. I hope you enjoy it: link
The song has an interesting structure and her command of dynamic range both with regard to singing and playing is a treat. There's a lovely "pseudo-bridge" gluing the song together marked by an eerie, melancholy howl which got me on the edge of my seat.
Just great!
