I personally think it's one of the best shows from the September 1984 time frame! Freddie's voice is EXTREMELY powerful, and is in pretty good shape for the gig! He delivers some top-notch ad-libbing as well!
Opinions?
A good performance for sure.
The atmosphere was really great during this concert, not ''boring'' at all! It's really very alive.
Of course the very good sound quality helps a lot, but it's a pleasure to listen to this one.
i would love to see a master of the video. synched with the master audience this would make a pretty nice video.
has anyone ever heared about it or searched for it?i remeber copies were on trading-lists in 1985. even these copies must be better than the hi-gen circulating one.

Posessing a copy obtained in the 80's, I can assure you that they probably aren't as good as you may be expecting - the band are still white blobs on stage for the most part.
There will be some syncing up being done at some point, but be aware that I do NOT cram 2 hour concerts onto one disc and this WILL be a two disc set....

even if you got your copy in the 80s it could be hi-gen or at least copied a couple of times. or did you get it from the filmer directly? the problem with my copy, which is the circulating one i guess is, that it has a lot of cuts and therefore will be very difficult to synch (i suppose). i bet this was filmed by a german fan and the master is probably forgotten in someones basement. we should make a post on the german fan forum and offer some beers for information. and.... i don't have a problem with a 2 dvd set at all, go ahead.

Well, some syncing up IS being done these days :-) But anyway, the master should be in Germany, shouldn't it ? IF it still exists, of course

Well the research should be done by somebody , "wer kann gut deutsch sprechen", so feel free to do it :-)
i will make a post on the german forum today. also i will try to contact someone from the old fans. if this doesn't work best thing would be imo to talk to people on the german fan convention. unfortunally i will not be there. i know there are a lot of other geman fans here. if you know any german fan 45years plus please ask them.
