Hey guy's, me here, just wanted to ask whats the most obsessive thing you've done about Queen? for me I'd say it were when I spent all day listening to Queen and drawing them and writing about them from when I got up and went to bed. and when I was in the shower that morning I was going other the lyrics of bohemian rhapsody in my head and was wondering what it would be like if they did a movie about the story in it, and if Queen were the lead characters in it. hehehe, how obsessive is that? |

My most obsessive thing is that i am preparing for the 30th Anniversary of The Game album and the intense tour. I have gathered all the existing recordings from 1980 and i will enjoy them respectively to what date each recording occurred! This will start on June 30th! |

I wouldn't say this is was an obsession but, more of a choice. Went to see Brian May at the N.E.C in Birmingham in 1993, I took my wife. Now my wife has a phobia about sick, a really bad phobia in fact. Well the guy who was at the side of us had clearly had 10 too many drinks & was really out of it, well, he was swaying, bumping into people & so on. well you can guess what happened next!!! Projectile vomiting (scene from the exocist) My wife went into a cold sweat & had to leave. Right, tough choice, do I go outside with her or stay & watch Brian? I chose the latter (as I have loved Queen since the mid 70's & only loved her since the late 80's) I enjoyed the gig, but I didn't half get it in the ear, an hour or so later, out side the venue, She wouldn't speak to me for about a week after. But she knew I was a Queen-Nut when we met. I must say, we're still together now & 2 kids later, I'm still a Queen-Nut, but she doesn't go to the gigs anymore, although she has been to a couple of showings of WWRY, she says, less likely to get "Piss Heads" at the theatre. am I bad??? |

me and girlfriend went to the ocean in hackney for the freddie 10th anniversary and cued for hours got to the front then was at front of gig, when brian and roger came on stage just after they sang no one but you, i jumped on stage and was standing with bri and rog, they thanked me for coming, so you could say i was on the same stage as half of queen lol, after the gig me,and my girlfriend blagged our way into the VIP party and then had the cheek to get into the executive party, was drinking with jackie from fanclub her sister val, aldo and treanna morris , spike edney, jamie moses and brians backing singers, what a night got a few great memories and photos from that night, AMAZING, also my friend who some of yous know (monty) lost rogers drum sticks what a plonker lol but all in all a great night and wonderfull memorys. |

Besides listening to Queen and all solo stuff day in day out for the last god knows how long! this is probably the most obsessive thing i have done: I live all the way down under in little ol New Zealand. When i heard Q+PR were touring in 2008 i had to be there. So , being a student, i had to go during the 2 week holiday period and that meant i had to go to whereever they were at that time. Switzerland here i came! Lined up all day in front of the Zurich arena and made it to the front. Best day of my life!! Then trained down to Montreux to see the statue of God himself!! Also got talking to the awesome people in the "Queen shop" who told us where the remaining parts of Queens studio were. So, signed the wall of the old studios! Awesome awesome trip!! Best ever. Oh and another time i went to London i went and checked out Freddies mansion! Very cool!! |

I traveled from Mexico to see Queen and Paul Rodgers in Europe in 2005 by myself, then I went to the San Diego 2006 gig with a cousin and two friends. I know a lot of people did it, and I know people who went to more than 20 shows in the same tour, but all my friends and family were amazed that I would do that for Queen. |

Sat outside the Gresham Hotel for three hours in 1984 waiting for Brian, Roger and John after we had seen Freddie go in. Then a doorman told us they returned and gone in by the back door. Then walked for miles to Crumlin where we were staying. |

I bought a hardcover version of Jim Hutton's book off ebay.co.uk about a year ago. The day after I bought it from ebay, I bought another one from Amazon international sellers (a paperback this time) just in case the first one didn't arrive. They were both about $40. Stupid. LOL. |

Spent way to much money on my collection. I once spent £75 on a promo cd just because it has an edit of one track. But the way I see it, it's my money and I enjoy collecting Queen. |

Once Freddie said that people tend to or want to get involved with him or people like him just because of his fortune and fame,but what about now,when he is gone so long ago and still millions love his music his work,Queen itself and not last his persona?What is this if not an obsession?Millions can't be wrong...I wish he could see,that he lives on in our hearts forever and that he wasn't loved for his fortune at all!Hmm... my obsession would be to hug Mary A.&Peter F. for beeing true friends of him until the last moment,than I would place a single red rose to the statue in Montreaux(well i must realize this is never going to happen).This would be all. I paid 50 some US dollars for the Jim Hutton book...which I hated, but read cover to cover, anyhow. That qualifies, does it not? I mean, really! I listen to Queen just about every week these days. I love music, and listen to a variety of classic music, but no one but Queen gets a weekly listen. I also post frequent youtube links of Queen on FB, because I think folks need to be more aware of Queen as a live act, and of their varied catalogue. :D Pretty fangirlish, I'd say, and also puts me in the obsessive category, I think. |

Not an obsession but sometimes i wish i had been born 10 years earlier then i might of been able to seen the real Queen live bearing in mind the last year they toured was 1986 and i was "very young" and had not heard of Queen till later Also i have all the dvds they have produced and even the unofficial ones and am constantly looking on youtube at little clips of the band together or indvidually |

Not Obsessed, but alway's Tempted to get a Queen Tattoo.....The few albums that I think about getting are Queen2 and a night at the opera. The third choice would be made In heaven for it's meaning. I alway's chicken out though, it's also very expensive. |
