Very funny. I have to say though, the head of publishing is a fool:

“We've said to bookstores that if anyone is small-minded enough to complain about this ... silly mistake, we will happily replace (the book) for them.” '
Even though this was a mistake, is he really surprised that some people might be offended? It's not about being small-minded, it's about not wanting to own a cookbook that instructs you to kill black people. As I said, it was an an accident, and a funny one at that, but they had no choice but to replace the book.
