It's definitely from the Sheer Heart Attack tour (some time between October 1974 and May 1975), as Roger Taylor's bass drum skin is white. Beyond that, it's anyone's guess.
Interesting how there's a glaring error, dating the record from 1974.

Inconsequence:
The Hollywood re-release from 1991 doesn't have this 'recorded in' sentence.
The 30th anniversary edition says "Original sound recordings made by Queen in 1974 - 1975"
Queenpedia's sessionography doesn't mention any recording for ANATO in 1974
I have some indications that the shown ANATO sleeve comes from a pirate.
There are some other significant differences besides the year of recording:
1. Death on Two Legs misses the addition (Dedicated to....
2. All words in the song titles start with a capital letter. On the official Queen releases some words are written in small letters only: Death on Two Legs, Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon, I'm in Love With My Car, Love of My Life
3. The 3 lines on the bottom are written in capitals only. Not very subtile and totally not matching with the cursive, handwritten font. I used to have a counterfeit cd of Jazz. It had the same use of capitals.
The manufacturer should have done his home work better.

It does not.
Shown in the scan is the very first EMI cd-edition from the 80's.
Not the only one in that series that has errors!

Thanks for correcting me.
At the time I bought the whole EMI series. In 1991 I bought the Hollywood CD's and sold the EMI's. I can't remember the errors.

I think I have an early (1986) cd too, but it has '1975'.
I am curious about a picture of the '1974' disc now...Any chance of that Community?

Hmm... that's odd!
So it seems there is two versions then... Mine is also definately from that era...
Print on my disc is without the error though. Says 1975 as well. It's one of those standard EMI discs from that time: just black lettering with a horizontal line right above and right below the hole in the middle. Exactly as all the other EMI discs.

Well, at least "God Save The Queen" was recorded in 1974.
