Zombie Freddie could still sing better than Stanley/Simmons. Sadly, even if Fred could only croak "brainsssss.... brainsssss!" he'd still be better than Paul Rodgers singing Queen. |

Why, you ask? Gene Simmons synthed his voice. Listen very carefully the first time he says, "and the room gets hot." Room is synthed like some teen-pop singer. It's disgusting, and further proof that the band is a shadow of themselves. Seriously, when your lead guitarist was recruited out of a tribute band, it's time to hang up your instruments and call it a career. But, knowing Gene Simmons' willingness to do anything for a buck, I doubt we'll see an end to the endless KISS tours and the re-re-re-recorded greatest hits compilations anytime soon. I'm also anxiously awaiting the Alive 50 tour, headlined by the corpses of Simmons and Stanley propped up on mic stands while Alive! is played over the PA and fireworks go off. KISS were a great band. 30 years ago. Once the makeup came off, the magic was over (although they were a more technically sound band with Eric Carr drumming than they ever were with Peter Criss, but that's beside the point). |

Brian Roger and John You should release Box Set with unpublished songs of Freddie Mercury. What a shame. 20 years passed, it is so many time. I don't want cosmos rocks and your solo albums I don't want Paul Rogers and Adam Lambert who profane and destroy name of king Freddie Mercury.l I want songs with Freddie vocals I am shure that he rocerded much more music with you from 1988 to 1991 in Switzerland and England. You think that your fans are naive (naiv). Queen band was popular during Freddie Mercury activity When he died Brian Roger and John became unpopular. History of Queen ended in 1991 Freddie live only in music. You are good writer and you created very good music. But our leader (lead singer) was the best singer of rock opera and pop music). Why don't release his unpublished songs 4 years it is many time. You had four years and only Miracle(10 songs) Innuendo (12 songs) and Made in heaven (6 songs) ? only 28 songs? I don't believe I am not naive. You do nothing from 1996 to 2009 I don't Smile + Elton John, Smile+ Paul Rogers Smile+ Adam Lambert and Robbie Williams. You have Final destination (Mercury vocals), Rough justice (Mercury vocals), Power to love( Mercury vocal), Man on fire (Mercury vocal), Penetration guru (Mercury vocal), Strange frontier, Bad attitude, Back to the light, Love token, Let's your head rule your heart, Ressurrection, Driven by you,Old man, Shove it, Foreign sand, Contact, I am scared, Just one life (Mercury vocals) |

He loved music but you love yourself and money but time wait for nobody and everybody and you will get old |

I guess, Roger Brian will release this box set for 20 or 30 years later or never. John is cool I like this man. He is not greedy. I liked Brian and Roger in the past. Nothing happended from 1996 to 2009 boring, boring , boring Return of the champions? I don't believe it. Queen will back ( reedicion of unbublished songs ) series of AIDS and Greatest hits III Thank you and Good bye |

Saw them at the House of Blues this past Saturday in Houston. That's the setlist alright, sans Friends Will Be Friends. And if I remember correctly, after a $200 bar tab (yes HOB are extremely expensive), Radio GaGa was not part of their encore, but the did play it before CLTCL. Awesome band, BTW. |

Thunderbolt wrote:GuitarGod645 wrote: INTERVALWhy is there an intermission? Never quite understood that part of their sets. Does anyone remember Queen ever taking an intermission mid-show? Because One Night of Queen is a 2 act theatre show and not a proper concert. If they have an intermission it causes the customers to spend money on the theatres food and drink, so it’s more desirable, and profitable for theatres to book their show. If that makes sense? |

Roger and Brian are boring today, because they do nothing from 1996-2009 Roger and Brian support their kids for example Rufus Taylor became mega star. They are rich (reach?) because of Freddie Mercury .(nepotism) It is not Queen. Present Smile is big (large) company. |

I am not naive. They recorded much more music from 1988 to 1991 but Roger and Brian rip off fans. Roger and Brian still think that They are better singers than Freddie Mercury. They are wrong. He was the best singer. I music was his real passion. He really loved money and music.Ill Freddie Mercury was funny and bizarre for them.I think that John, Brian and Roger really don't liked Freddie because he was bisexual |
fredericosaturnio@gmail.com 05.03.2010 08:41 |

Roger Freddie John and Brian pretended, that they was real friends . Queen ended in 1986 after magic tour. Freddie riped off his band . He joined them when he was ill.Freddie wanted recorded much more songs before his death. He had only four years. They gave him all most his songs. |
fredericosaturnio@gmail.com 05.03.2010 08:51 |
They gave him most songs.I don't believe that Queen band recorded only 28 songs from 1988 to 1991. I am not stupid. |

The setlist is almost exactly the same. Radio GaGa is not part of their encore for their US tour, however, they did play it before Crazy Little Thing. And, Friends Will Be Friends is not part of their setlist. |

I can't be bothered to sign up to facebook, but we should make a reasonable set list and PM it to Gary, seems like they're not sure what people want to hear. Just explain that his fans at the Queenzone forum think the setlist is getting a bit stale. I’d suggest these medleys, they can easiy be slotted into what they already have: death on two legs (live killers, but no intro and only first part of the chorus (1 min)/ killer queen/ now I’m here / guitar solo / now I’m here reprise. Hammer to fall / headlong / hammer to fall reprise save me / spread you wings. And in the encore: Stone cold crazy / Great king rat / liar + back chat. (Or the last part of princes of the universe.) |
pirate billy 06.03.2010 10:46 |
wouldn’t be any trouble for them to do something like this. Only be few changes, but it would please a lot more people: Medley: One Vision liar/ Seven Seas of Rhye A Kind of Magic Fat Bottomed Girls I Want to Break Free Another One Bites The Dust/ impromptu/ ABTD reprise Under Pressure Somebody to Love Medley: Death on two legs (no intro and only first part of the chorus (1 min) Killer Queen Now I'm Here Guitar Solo Now I'm Here (reprise) Don't Stop Me Now --------------INTERVAL----------------- Hero (Intro CD) Tie Your Mother Down Keep Yourself Alive / Drum solo (before Gary leaves the stage him and the drummer could do some party style: Come back and play, Hey Hey, call-backs with each other.) Love of My Life Too Much Love will Kill you Radio GaGa (abridged) Spread Your wings Jailhouse Rock Medley: Hammer To Fall Headlong Hammer to fall repris Bohemian Rhapsody Crazy Little thing Called Love ----------------------------------ENCORE------------------------------------------ The Show Must Go On Medley: Stone Cold Crazy Great King Rat I want it all (like on the works tour, but instead of the synthesizer solo I want it all – from “I’m a man with a one track mind”….) We Will Rock You We are the Champions God Save the Queen (CD Outro) Something for fans of every album. |
