On the Milton Keynes version, Freddie cracked on that word, but was overdubbed in the studio.
Does anyone know where a recording of the original error is?
And next to 'Mercury's favourite singers of all time', a list including loads of different names but curiously no Paul Rodgers was mentioned. That's why they don't want anything leaking out from the archive.
A short version of Live at Milton Keynes 1982 was originally broadcast on The Tube on Channel 4 in the UK, before it was 'fixed' and released as Live at The Bowl. I used to have that video, can't remember if FBG is on it. I think it has a few alternative camera angles in comparison to the DVD release too.
Some people on here should still have it, or at least an Aud recording.

Yeah FBG is on it, I have it on tape somewhere, i taped it off the telly in 2001 when it was badly edited down to 40 mins or so.

Haha! Thanks for the audio, and that new video (it was put up today)!
I found the older video and uploaded it to youtube.
If any of you want the full Channel 4 broadcast version, in the same quaity as the youtube link above, send me a pm.

I actually prefer the old MTV mix to the Live At The Bowl version.
The snare drum doesn't have that trigger, and Brian's backing vocals are more audible, especially near the end of Somebody To Love.
Very true, although in the original broadcast (which was 90 minutes, shown on an old TV show called The Tube) Brian's guitar sound is weak -- hard to say exactly how to describe it, but the first thing that comes to mind is that it's like listening to a 'tinny' radio broadcast.

Is there a "JSS remix" where he didn't f*k up the drums ? The drums on official recordings are the main reason why I prefer unofficial recordings
