This is barely an upgrade, if at all, but the generational waters can be cleaned with this confirmed gen copy. The playback speed changed after some tape flips, so it was fixed wherever necessary.
This is the last known performance of Ogre Battle from Queen II.

By the way both your rar files and each song tracks are named as 2nd gen, whereas in the txt files you wrote 3rd gen as you named the subject of the topic.

Wow... that's some major oversight there. Thanks for pointing it out, Daffy !
It's a third gen cassette. THIRD. 3. Three.
...just to clarify. :-)
I've updated the links with renamed files.
Thanks for this Bob. I've already got a confirmed 3rd gen copy but I'm guessing you've done some work on this recording as the tracklisting is slightly different from mine?

Indeed. They could be at different playback speeds, and the tracks are divided differently. Who knows who worked on what. All I can say about mine has been indicated in the lineage. Hope this helps !
I listened carefully to this recording and now more than ever I say the following: we NEED a great recording of a US NOTW show!
Boy, what were they GREAT around that time. They rocked hard but they also sounded perfect during the slow, gentle songs. Listen to My melancholy blues. Sooooooooooo beautiful.
You can't believe how much I'd like to hear more from those years, from the seventies that is:-)
As you all know, megaupload is token offline by the FBI.
Since Multiupload.com has also some problems with their services at the moment, I will upload for the time being to a alternate service like multiupload, called uploadmirrors.com.
