Hopefully we will see Queen releasing a game like Rock Band. But I do wounder what songs should be there or shall their be a Game Mode where you play the career of Queen, with their biggest singles and best songs from each album in chronological order and get good publicity to go up the charts and be a big live act.
All the tracks in Absolute Greatest and the rest of the songs in the Platinum Collection as Downloadable Content, of course.
Now seriously, I don't think they would release a game with 70-80 songs but more like the ones on the Beatles Rockband (40-50). Realistically most of them would be from Greatest Hits but we should get about 5-10 album tracks not on compilations.
I was surprised at the amount of songs from the Let it Be era in the Beatles game. When I knew they were going to release this game I didn't expect them to include "I dig a pony", "I me mine" or "I've got a feeling", which are tracks that I like a lot. Not including songs like "Let it Be", "Hey Jude" or "Strawberry Fields Forever" was a crime, though. You could argue they don't belong in a "ROCK"band game but after all, they included "Something".
My favorite track in there has to be "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", though.
mmm
"I want you (She's so heavy)" also kicks ass.
Damn, too many good tracks!
I don't know much about the concept of difficulty in Guitar Hero type games, but I guess there's at least two or three difficulty levels. Hate the format anyway. But I'd pick the songs for a Rock Band Queen game along these lines:
EASY: Keep Yourself Alive, Now I'm Here, You're My Best Friend, Tie Your Mother Down, Spread Your Wings, Fat Bottomed Girls, Another One Bites The Dust, Under Pressure, Hammer To Fall, A Kind of Magic, These Are The Days Of Our Lives, I Was Born To Love You
MEDIUM: Modern Times R'n'R, Ogre Battle, Killer Queen, Stone Cold Crazy, Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy, Let Me Entertain You, Dragon Attack, Radio Ga Ga, One Vision, I Want It All, I Can't Live With You, The Show Must Go On, My Life Has Been Saved
HARD: Great King Rat, The March of the Black Queen, Bring Back That Leroy Brown, Bohemian Rhapsody, It's Late, Mustapha, Dead on Time, Staying Power, Princes of the Universe, Was It All Worth It, Innuendo
I think they should have two or three songs from every studio album...INCLUDING The Cosmos Rocks. Call me a charlatan, or a fool...I don't care...but if you're gonna fairly represent Queen, including the post-Freddie era...that album needs to be included. Either way, I'm excited about the game.

It's interesting that the Beatles Rock Band eschewed two of the Beatles biggest songs (Let it Be and Hey Jude) which also happen to be predominately piano based,
while the Queen DLC for Rock Band seems to just map piano parts to whoever chooses to play guitar. I did chuckle at watching my nephew try to play that shit.

Another one bites the dust
Killer Queen
Liar
Modern Times Rock'N'Roll

I think 20 is a good number, but I would prefer the earlier albums to the later ones.
