Each time it changed it took me a while to get used to it but it's not the design that counts in my opinion, it's the content and the ongoing perseverance by Richard to give us this place where we can share our hobby. Believe me - in two weeks you do not want the old design back :-)
I never visit the homepage, so I don't care. If there's one thing I hate though it's custom scrollbars. Websites shouldn't try to duplicate browser functionality IMO. However, nice fix that it has a fall-back scenario which still works with Javascript turned off!

Im the same. I got used to the changes. I do remember this style of front page though

I actually like the new homepage a lot. My only gripe with this site at all is that there's dozens if not hundreds of the same pictures in the Queen and Freddie Mercury photo galleries.
