This one was requested by SirGH. To me it sounds like a good show, unfortunately it's incomplete. The original ran too slow, I tried to correct the speed, but I'm not 100% satisfied with it so maybe it needs more adjustments. Also the sound quality is FAR from excellent :-) The taper was pretty far from the stage
I had some problems with the upload (I really start to hate mediafire), so in the case the last part is not working tell me as soon as possible and I reupload it.

Enjoy and please keep it mind that a lossless version was very hard to get, so don't encode it to lossy formats for other than personal use.

OK - the version I posted is already obsolete :-)
So - here is another update

This is the usual incomplete recording from the first of two nights in Sapporo, with a bit of work done on it. It had to be speed corrected a second time, as someone did only half the job initially.

Enjoy, and keep it lossless!
Thank you Pittrek. The files worked for me, but....track 2 (Let me entertain you) gives an error when I extracted the files. Maybe it's just me who has this?
thank you for this share!
I have a double cd entitled "jazz semifinal" labeled as sapporo may 5th 1979, I have just checked but unfortunately it's taken from the 2nd night in sapporo but the audio quality is better than the may 6th shared here and my version have also the track it's late in the right place in the set list...
Cool, thanks for the fixed track. Here's a cleaned up version of this recording:

Sounds interesting... any chance you can post a sample? It's one of my very favourite shows.
To me it sounds about the same as the Jazz Final bootleg, but it's hard to tell as it's such a bad mp3 encoding... half of the sound is digital noise. Any chance for a short lossless sample?
To my ears, it sounds like it's the Jazz Final bootleg copied to a cassette (the bootleg has no hiss and this does), then back to PC to edit It's Late back into its regular spot. It's probably been through many CDR generations as there are small digital errors throughout.
Here's an A vs B comparison. Yours is first, and the bootleg is second. Both have been speed corrected to run at the same speed.
I believe that it's late from my version is different from the jazz final one, then I thought I had a pre-CD source...
but now I have compared the two songs and they are equal!!So I think that my version and jazz final bootleg have the same identical songs, you have reason....
