its dream time.what if you had the choice, would be your next live dvd release.anything you wanted,if you had the power to release any queen or queen+paul concert on dvd.but ,only 1 dvd,no dvd extras.i will even let you throw in the cd of the same concert.quality is unimportant,as long as it is a complete concert.from hello to goodnight,uncut..feel free ..have fun.
Well. Given that there are at least 4 professionally shot concerts from the Cosmos Rocks tour - the first one (Kharkov) where the band are obviously out of practice and Paul is really ropey and all but 4 songs are the same as the last tour, the other three being South American shows with a bit of variety, I'm obviously dreaming about them releasing the Kharkov show.
Wait a minute!
Bloody hell.
Dreams CAN come true!!!!!
Sorry. I know. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit etc....
I really hope they release at least two of the South American shows - even if it's just in South America. We can always get copies from there via the internet. They've done exclusive releases for Japan many times.
I would really love a South American show...... anyone who knows anything about Rock Music, will know that the crowds in South America are amazing for atmosphere. I just cannot beleive they have decided to release the Ukraine show. Granted it is a big crowd, but size isn't everything. I downloaded the Ukraine gig via the internet and by Queen standards, the show was poor. I have just noted Brian's comments about Blu-Ray when questioned about the lack of a release-
'I will try to find out. But I think not, right now. I think it is planned for later on. I think the general feeling is that Blu-Ray, in spite of beating its adversary Hi Def, is not catching on as well as was expected.'
I think this answer shows that Brian has had very little involvement in the choice of release. He previously commented how lifted he was during certain shows by the energy of the crowd, so why choose the Ukraine gig???

LoL maybe Queen will release Jealousy as a single in the UK since we are getting Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy!
Surely they are righting all the wrongs in their career in chronological order with some 30 years of lag.
We should expect remixed Live Killers and Hot Space, a non-drag edit version of the IWTBF video for the U.S. and Paul Rodgers not catching AIDS and dying.
