LOL! Right! So I guess that is the explanation for all those other folks that have left you negative feedback on your eBay account. I guess your post office has some serious problems.. And you never refunded my money. You're a fucking liar. |

I just love proving you wrong... This is the transaction...NO mention of a refund WHATSOEVER |

It appears that there was NO activity on 7 jan 2008 when you claim to have refunded money to Dave. I have had a couple of packages lost in the mail in my nearly 400+ sales. I felt really lousy about that, because this was an item that couldn't be easily re-placed. They were both packages that were sent overseas. There was no way to track or confirm the package, so I also refunded the entire purchase AND sent a similar item at no charge. Both secondary packages were received and my buyers were quite happy, despite one of them leaving a not-so-very-nice comment on my feedback. Regardless of how you feel towards Dave's approach here, Radio you are responsible for making sure the item gets there or the refund is received. Simply seeing your paypal account does not accomplish this. I'm sure if you would have kept a line of communication open, the problem wouldn't have gone this far. I think you'll find Dave quite reasonable if you extend the olive branch. He's shared a lot of stuff here and is a pretty funny guy as well. But if you two would like to be the undercard at this years Queenzone Grudge Match, it may be more entertaining than Stuart VS Brooks. |

I was VERY willing to be civil about all this until he started calling me a stupid American and calling my wife fat and ugly. So, I'll do my part to warn everyone about how he does business. Now I'm sure Radio will will reply to this with another one of his insults. Oh, and another thing Radio. If you would have replied to my countless emails last March about the 7" Liar, maybe i wouldnt have called you out on this public forum. This could have been handled without any problems. Its too bad though.. |

Looks like that damn post office is giving you trouble again huh Radio? lol Radio's feedback |
Micrówave 12.01.2009 12:41 |
Looks like all that negative feedback happened within a two week period. Other people have had good success, I can't see why you two can't work this out. If I were you, Radio, I wouldn't try selling anything and announcing it on here until you do make this right. |

My customers are very glad with me. I had some shipping problems in the past, but that's all solved. My recent feedback is great. If I had not delivered Dave's stuff or give him a refund he would have got paypal buyers protection. I think it's time to burry this issue. On every Queen items for sale topic I post here Dave is replying very childish. He started calling me a tool and so on and so on. So I offended his wife, childish from me I know. Sorry. Can I go on with my life now? Thanks! |

Radio- Perhaps you can go back to Paypal and have them provide Dave with some sort of proof of your refund. It's probably something internal on their end. We all know how Paypal has it's hang-ups. And in doing so, and copying Dave with your emails, might actually provide some mutual respect and rapport between the two of you. Normally, I wouldn't get so long-winded about a $30 record, but you both seem like well-respected members of this forum who probably got screwed around by Paypal. Obviously your feedback supports that you have satisfied customers, but you had a couple of weeks of hell. But I have looked at auctions from both of you in the past and my take is that you both aren't into ebay just to make a quick buck. Best of luck clearing this up. |

All I want is my record, or my $50. Then I'll go away... |

Gr8 King Rat wrote: All I want is my record, or my $50. Then I'll go away... Did you try filing a claim with Paypal? I bought something and never received it a few years ago from a seller in the UK. Never heard anything from the guy. It took a while, but eventually Paypal refunded the amount. |
Gr8 King Rat 13.01.2009 09:35 |
Yes I did. The Claim was "resolved" in my favor but no funds were able to be credited back to me do to "insufficient funds" in the sellers account. Shortly afterwards, Radio shows up with a new ebay account and possibly a new paypal account... |
Micrówave 13.01.2009 13:25 |
This is sounding more and more like a Paypal screw up. Plus, if debiting your account $50 caused insufficient funds in his account, I would think it would be difficult to open up another Paypal account using the same contact info. Sounds to me like Paypal was more than happy to take the $50 out of Radio's account but found an excuse not to give it to Dave. Now Paypal has that $50 and is hoping no one causes any fuss. Dave, I would contact Paypal and inform them that you never received the $50 refund and that the ebay seller is claiming that they deducted it from him. I would forward all correspondence to Radio so he can do the same. |

Anyway, I'll leave it to Radio to do the right thing. I know the truth, and so does he. |

I assumed Paypal would still offer protection on purchases, even if the seller didn't have the money in their account. Hmm... I guess you will just have to write this one off, but I can't say I blame you for the grudge. I'd be the same way. |
