...I can't say more than that coz it isn't my business to, and I don't
know anyway. If I did know, I probably couldn't say - as with things
in the past and future - because like a million other people who work in a privileged position I would
not betray the trust of those I work with/for. It is a matter of
integrity and reputation, not a choice I can make if I fancy it. I wish
more people could get their head around that.
Hey theCRO (one of the more polite and courteous QZ-ers).... let's imagine you work for Lloyds Bank in London (a
privileged position in amongst all the interesting data down in the vaults)..... Please
tell me what products your bank will be offering in 2009. Tell me.
Tell me right now, and don't be evasive and secretive. Tell me what
the interest rate is planned to be for January 1st 2009. Come on
theCRO, tell me right now please. I'm asking nicely. It's a
"reasonable" question and only you know. If you won't tell me I will
get very aggressive and nasty and say horrible things about you in my
frustration. AND, you git, I will blame YOU for all the Lloyds Bank products I don't like next year, or which do not meet EXACTLY the expectations of my fellow banking fans.
What mortgage rate and interest rates will your company be offering???????? Tell us.
What do Lloyds have in their archive? Tell us all. You "owe it" to us
die hard banking fans to divulge all this info, just as you perceive it
as your right for me to divulge the secrets of those I work for. Surely it's the same rule for all???
In fact... everyone on QZ who has access to Employer info (especially in the Civil Service, M.O.D., Police, Court services and armed forces) that the rest of us would love to read.... they too MUST divulge it. You 'owe' it to us. We've been waiting patiently for a long time, so stop being annoyingly evasive and publish all that information that's none of our business, or i will slag you off and feel right and valid and justified.

We don't want to know the exact plans for future products, it's more a hope that you guys consider releasing at least something interesting for the "collectors"

Actually, outside of personal details....you probably could get most of that under Freedom of Information. But of course, that doesn't cover commercially sensitive information or private companies.
