If anyone cares to air it out here, your thoughts of Lamb Of God
would suffice.
I witnessed Lamb Of God at Ozzfest 2007, Comcast Center,
Mansfield, MA. USA. Quite the powerful faster yet as
young Metallica. Double thumbs up!
I just bought Queen "A Night At The Court" from 1976,
Cellar Dweller 2 DVD's, or one.
I just bought U2 in Washington DC. Zoo TV tour, soundboard.
Any takers in audio by mail?
I have Paul Stanley Live At The House Of Blues, November 6
2006 in two cd audio, 2 channel stereo ripped from the 5.1 sound
DVD (with 2 channel stereo) but am hesitant to trade that, UNLESS
there is a great 2004 tour show with "Love Her All I Can" with Tommy Thayer
and Eric Singer as Space Man and Cat Man, in with Paul & Gene in KISS audio,
soundboard to listen to. Trade anyone?
I have a "My Melancholy Blues" & "A Day At The Races" by Queen, "Nebraska" by
Bruce Springsteen Christmas ballad at my domain, streaming audio for free listen.
I like to think much of my own music, I won't write unless asked but will say I'm looking for
musicians on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA to perform with and record too as "NetBud".

Did you just describe Lamb Of God as a 'young Metallica'?
I wouldn't even put them in the same category of metal, there are some similarities definitely but LoG are more thrash orientated. Vocal style is completely different also.
Not a huge fan of them to be honest, i much prefer melodic metal (Soilwork, Mercenary etc) to thrash.

but log are more thrash oriented? what do you think metallica were? they were a thrash metal band!
skip log and listen to early sepultura instead, thats real metal right there.

Yeah but at least Metallica were a lot more versatile, they at least stepped away from the thrash style of metal for a good few of their songs, and they embedded proper melodies to their songs. LoG are far too static for my taste.
