Unfortunately there aren't any known recordings from any Queen shows in St Louis.
Did someone you know attend the concert?
My dad did. I got plenty of concerts close to the date though, so that will have to do. I'm sure one might turn up eventually (but in horrible quality XD)

Does he have any memories of the show?
He does remember that they played 39 and Brian did lead vocals, which is kind of unusual because in most of the live shows, Freddie sings lead on it.
He also remembers Now I'm Here where Freddie did that think onstage where he would be in one place and then another with the flashing lights at the beginning.
He also remembers that they opened up with Tie Your Mother Down and the lights were almost blinding.
I'm not sure what else he remembers of it but he never stops bragging :)

Not sure about the song list but it probably looked something like this
Bohemian Rhapsody
Ogre Battle
Sweet Lady
White Queen (As It Began)
Flick Of The Wrist
Bohemian Rhapsody
Killer Queen
The March Of The Black Queen
Bohemian Rhapsody (Reprise)
Bring Back That Leroy Brown
Son and Daughter
The Prophet's Song
Stone Cold Crazy
Doin' All Right
Keep Yourself Alive
Seven Seas Of Rhye
Liar
In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited
Now I'm Here
Big Spender
Jailhouse Rock
God Save the Queen (tape)
I got the wrong date again. This time I know for sure it was February 23, 1977 in St. Louis, Missouri. The set list would look something like the one from Live in Houston.

Actually, the Houston concert you're referring to was on the following tour (Nov-Dec '77, touring for News Of The World). Have a look at my website where you can find the common setlist from the A Day At The Races tour. There actually is no available complete recording from the US leg, but there's a confirmed setlist from the Syracuse show a couple weeks before the St Louis show.
