There have been rumours that Q+PR are in talks with the band Journey about touring together. There have been rumours about Queen + Kiss also, but the initial rumour started from a interview/ blog by Journey frontman Arnel Pineda.
I am a big fan of both these bands and it would be a fantastic event! Just hope its more than speculation.
It would guarantee sold-out arenas across the USA though and, without jumping on the back of an American band's US popularity, Queen + Paul Rodgers would have no chance of filling venues there. As sad as it sounds, their only hope in the US is to play as supporting act to someone big.
And that should then, finally, sound the chimes of doom for our beloved Q+PR - a good effort, but, sadly, lacking in originality or spontaneity.

Shhh... they will get mad at you and call you a troll. These widows are mean.
I think Brian and Roger would rather NOT TOUR THE U.S. than to have an opening act. And if it were a bigger named band, that would mean less $$$ for them. Why on Earth would they do that?
You think that Journey would be opening for Queen + Paul Rodgers? It's more likely to be the other way round and Journey have offered the opening slot to Queen + PR..........

New drummer?
As far as I know, Deen Castranova is still drumming with them and has for ten years.
Before that, there was Steve Smith, a couple of fill ins, and Ansley Dunsbar.
Last thing I heard is that Castronovo would go to join Ozzy Osbourne's band...?
I know Deen toured with Ozzy in the past, and if Journey's not working it's a possibility. But from what I've heard, Deen is Neal's boy. Teacher's pet. Neal really likes Deen. To the point where Neal considers Deen a key member with Cain.

Why should they want to tour with journey? If they are well-off without any such bands?

Troll
You're a fucking idiot, trying to deny the reality predicted by most the moment TCR was announced.
Troll, that's all you can come up with as Q+PR sink slowly into obscurity right before our eyes.
That above is a perfectly reasonable opinion with more grounding in reality than your dream that anyone gives a pinch of shit about Queen+Rodgers already.

Living in fantasy land you mean.
I remember reading that Sammy Hagar believed that the worst thing Van Halen did in the nineties was opening for Bon Jovi. Van Halen shouldn't have been an opening act.
