Adolfo and the spiders from Mercury 12.05.2009 10:59	everyday I come to work at 7 am, and this buddy of mine works in a Mall near my work place, and since he is almost like my brother (known him for life) we share cars, somethimes I bring mine, sometimes I come in his. the thing is that the car stays at his workplace, since there is no parking where I work, and yesterday it was bussiness as usual, so he kept my car and after work he would come and pick me up. the thing is that he gets off work at 4:30 pm and I do at 5 pm, so he always waits a few minutes in the car till I get out. I work on a 2nd floor, and from where I work I can see down the street, and I saw my buddy arriving. so my buddy gets here, and I have no work, so I am thinking, ok, ill get out early and stuff, so I am waiting a few minutes till 4:40 and I looked out the window, here was my buddy being held at gun point by a fucker on a motor bike, demanding I dont know what from him, and I freak out, so I scream hijueputa! (thats son of a bitch in spanish) and went running down the stairs and outside. My yelling was such that by the time I got the first floor, the people from the call center were already coming out to see what was going on, and when the guard opened the gate for me, the fucker had already left. thank God my buddy was not hurt in any way, and he only took his cellphone and his wallet (with important shit inside) I know, I didnt have it half as bad as my buddy, but to see someone you have come to love in a brotherly way being held at gun point is not something nice at all, it fucking sucks, and I thought the guy was going to kill him. I have never seen something like this, and I feel frustrated since I feel I didnt do anything, and to tell you the truth there was nothing I could have done Today it is everything as usual, and he is coming to pick me up again, obviously, we already agreed on him waiting for me in his work place and come here only to pick me up. its a fucked up world we are living in, I see the papers everyday filled with murders and people getting killed for cellphones and stuff, and to tell you the truth we are honest hard working people, it just blows these things happen and there is nothing we can do, and to think the guy is out there. I am just glad nothing happened to my buddy, and that I am still able to have him around.
