The second one is definitely John. Still, some people claim it's Mr. Edney, which I really don't understand. Just listen really carefully. Remember how he talks and then listen. It is John! His voice is so easy to recognise. Especially the "goo goo" bit is so John.

I don't understand why so many people believe that John didn't sing ?
The only official message I've heard was something like "his vocals weren't used on the records"
I'm waiting to hear Friends will be friends by Paul.

Because he did not do it. [/img] He has always said that he CAN'T sing, that's the reason he's the only member of the band who have not sung on the records. In addition, I've always listened that his microphone was turned off during the concerts (I don't know if he -or another Queen member- has admitted it). Anyway, if that's John (on Radio Ga Ga), he definitly CAN sing. So I can't understand... I don't know, maybe it's Spike...

Yes, ON THE RECORDS. That doesn't mean he never sung on stage [/img]
I have heard this before on here. Its definately John. My question is, how come way back in the day when Liar was a regular in the set we couldn't clearly hear John singing into Freddie's mic w/ him during the "All day long....." segment just prior to his "bass solo"?

Maybe becouse he just moved his mouth, without singing. [/img]
Pittrek, I can't read your last message (I don't know why).
Looks like another bug. The answer was OK, after I edited it it got truncated [/img] .
Of course he COULD sing!HE was and still is an amazing musician with amazing hear.So it's obvious that he could sing! The only reason why he didn't -was that he was much to shy...but still I 've heard couple of times his voice especially on Earls Court 77 and Houston from the same year...And in the Radio Ga Ga bit that was definitely John's voice....
