what version on the trader's den are you talking about?  The one seeding in this thread is the same as this one that's been up for discussion lately on Jam To This ... http://www.jamtothis.com/showthread.php?p=108940 if that's the one you mean. I haven't seen any chatter about one on TTD. I still would suggest if it's the best video quality you're after that the Room 101 version seeded here is the way to go....  /queenzone/1019148.html

The concert version that I mean was shared on the traders den on July of 2005. but Im not sure if its the Room 101 version. Here its the link to the old post: link />

Alex Solan. wrote: as Pete said, the Room 101 is the best version available on video from this show available here: /queenzone/1019148.html          don't even bother downloading Snow Prod version (or any other version, SP's menues are nice but their sources are CRAP) here the artwork from the Room 101 silver DVD:

eYe wrote: I agree on the video ofc, cropping it was just stupid. But I really like the audio on the Snow Prod DVD. I ripped my all time fav live song White Queen from both DVDs (DVD Audio Extractor), tagged the files with track based replay gain (foobar2000) and uploaded them along with the best available audio version (Pittrek's complete compilation) to mediafire for the experts to compare: http://www.mediafire.com/file/jmlzny2zfnl/Hammersmith 75 - Room 101 DVD - White Queen.flac   http://www.mediafire.com/file/gm0nzmmyomn/Hammersmith 75 - Snow Prod DVD - White Queen.flac   http://www.mediafire.com/file/ygzzhjuzlhj/Hammersmith 75 - Pittrek - White Queen.flac      What do you think?

Sir GH wrote: The SnowProd guy just took the audio from the "There Ain't No Sanity Clause" bootleg... which is mostly from a 2005 Swedish radio broadcast.  So it's certainly not "his" source.

rafavelezqueen wrote: The audio of snow productions its really good, you can hear in dolby surround the band playing next to you. But its a shame for the rock n' roll medley, it doesn't sound like the rest of the concert, why? , its a compilation of difrent audio sources?

DragonflyTrumpeter83 wrote: This may seem like a dumb question to some, but what's the deal with Seven Seas of Rhye and See What A Fool I've Been? Were they played before or after the rock n' roll medley?

eYe wrote: Ah yes, and Pittrek took White Queen from the Westwood One Pre-FM, that's why there is a different sound. A matter of personal taste I guess (better drum sound or better backing vocals).

tjleone wrote: Its from a different source than the DVD I mentioned earlier. I'm still downloading. I was able to do a screen cap from one of the VOB files thru Virtualdub MPEG2. Its an NTSC source which is good for me since I'm in NTSC land. I can't wait to finally watch this. Thanks in advance.

deltazulu wrote: unfortunately it's a comparison of the audio not the video. Room 101 is the better video source compared to SP and RM. But what about Pittrek's version? Is his audio better than Room 101? What about his video?

My audio is a compilation of the best available sources (it's complete and I shared it here) or to be precise - compilation of the sources I liked most. My video is basically the 101 rooms version converted to PAL with (hopefully now) correct speed and removed the WoWoW logo and with the gaps filled from an old VHS tape of the original OGWT broadcast (the full Bob H. intro and the OGWT opening)

No, it's not. There's no such thing as "NTSC source" of a PAL TV show. To be honest this PAL > NTSC and vice-versa conversions are a huge problem. If you would take the time and compare all the versions you would notice that almost every version runs at slightly different speed.

Excuse me, Pitwreck, I meant an NTSC DVD not an NTSC source. I know about PAL to NTSC conversion. I know about the different frame rates between Pal, Film and NTSC. I know about the different resolutions between PAL and NTSC. I am currently downloading the other versions to compare. And YES i'll convert them From PAL to NTSC so I can watch it on my HIDEF TV.
