I was Just thinking if they leave the next tour 3 years like the last one it will be 2011 twenty years since Freddies death do you think they will do something special another tribute concert or something .What do you think.
i think this could well be the last queen or q+pr tour.everyone is getting older.so deep down i would say,see them now it could be the last time.but but but,a farewell tour, now theres a thought.ladies and gentlemen for the last time ever on stage,i give you live from the secc for the final night of the tour.,queen+paul rodgers, with special guest,mr john deacon.
I think it is highly unlikely they will end here, one way or another both Brian and Roger will perform again as Queen at least one more time for a farewell tour, of that I am positive.
I am also pretty sure Queen + PR will continue in a while, no idea what all this talk is of bad feels or lack of communication on stage, from what I have seen on the UK leg of the tour they seem closer than ever, and I suspect that both Roger and Paul will start working together again on new stuff in a year or two, I also expect Brian to be more involved this time around with the recording process, I get the feelig he was so busy during this album that he almost felt sidelined at one point with both Roger and Paul working together for long periods without him.
Either way my money and I would stake a lot is this will not be the last time Queen will tread the boards
I see this whole Queen+ thing as a live entitiy ending with a massive concert at Wembley Stadium. It'll be one of those huge concerts similar to the FM Tribute concert with bands contribution and Queen mainly working with Paul but also with other artists too that are current and around at the time as a final festival of Queen music.
If they can get some of the big bands around at the the time The Killers, Arctic Monkeys and...whoever and some of the well known pop singers I reckon it could be done.

That would be amazing. Give all the Queen-inspired bands of today the chance to do the one-off collaborations we'd love to hear. Could be like the tribute concert all over again without the early-90's nonsense of Lisa Stansfield and Seal! Bring back Bowie, George Michael, Elton, Axl, Slash (together again!!), and Hetfield, and mix in the likes of Dave Grohl (up for any collaboration with 70's rock legends!), Matt Bellamy, Justin Hawkins (wouldn't it be fun?!) and Johnny Borrell.
We can but dream....
David (g) - love the idea of the last ever concert being at the SECC. Do you think the car park could cope with everyone showing up to get tickets on the door?!
I think every concert is a tribute to Freddie. That's why they call it Queen + Paul Rodgers, because they didn't want to leave it all behind them. They need to have a movie or the Queen Anthologies to coincide with that, not that I excuse the Anthologies for being any later than right freaking now.
Then again, they might play that day with a 46664 show or something like that.
This might be their last tour but I hope not. I went to Vienna and it was great! I'd love to go to another gig but I can't this year. I think every show is a tribute to Freddie. In Vienna they played "Love Of My Life" for him. It was wonderful!
