Hi, Thomas, thank you for these wonderful news! As I wrote in a comment in your blog yesterday, it should be the HSBC Arena, but they still don't list the gig, although it is a free date:

News, anybody? I'm in panic mode, here =:^O
heard that there would be a proper announcement by official sites very soon - alltough we all know that words "soon" and "proper" don't go to well with official sites these days :-)

Thank you very much, Thomas. Although I live in Brazil, I will only be able to see the Buenos Aires gig by now, thanks to my good old friend Wilki.
The Sao Paulo gigs will see me in another part of the country, since this is the only week of the year I cannot be out of my Office duties. Just so you imagine, I am responsible for a 4-day event for 180 Governmental VIPs, including 10 Ministers of State and possibly the President of the Republic himself.
I MIGHT have a chance to go to Rio in the last flight on saturday, so this is what I am praying for right now. Could we possibily arrange a 1 or 2 hours delay in the gig, if it is confirmed? :)
I am behind a firewall for the next hours, but thank you very much! I just went to the HSBC Arena website and they list the gig already!!! Yahooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!
Already bought my ticket. Too bad I ahd to buy the least expensive (R$120,00) - dammit... Gotta get a better job ;-)
But anyway, I'm glad I'm having the opportunity to see them live! =D
Anybody else going?

I will have a confirmation between today and tomorrow, due to work assingments elsewhere, as described above, but I am dying to go.

Hi Arnaldo!! (Faaala!!! hheheh)
I hope you do get a chance to go!! I don't know the HSBC Arena much, but from what my friends are telling me, it's a very good venue, and there's no bad places.
Actually, I wonder if there's anybody else from Brazil in this forum, except for you, Raf and myself !

Just saw the ticket prices at the VF site... R$ 900? Thanks.
Wow 900 ?? You'd spend less money if you come to Rio and see HSBC's concert. The VIP places (right in front of the stage) are selling for 400,00. Ok, I know it's expensive, but you would still have money to take the plane back to SP ;-)
