I felt it was time for an update concerning the Q+PR bootleg war. We must praise the bootleggers who have shared their recordings. The have done a good deed! With every recording shared a battle is won, but before the war can be won every recording from the tour must be shared! This will be very difficult considering many bootleggers such as Darren Hope and AP-Racing refuse to share their recordings. This sickens me because we all know they are downloading the recordings that have been shared. However we cant let these few bad apples bring us down! We must rise above them in this never ending bootleg war! Here is the list of Q+PR recordings still needed. 09.15.08 - Olympic Stadium, Moscow, Russia 09.16.08 - Olympic Stadium, Moscow, Russia 09.19.08 - Arena Riga, Riga, Latvia 09.23.08 - Sportpaleis Merksem, Antwerp, Belgium 09.24.08 - Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris, France 09.26.08 - PalaLottomatica, Rome, Italy 09.29.08 - Hallenstadion, Zurich, Switzerland 10.01.08 - Olympiahalle, Munich, Germany 10.04.08 - TUI Arena, Hanover, Germany 10.05.08 - Color Line Arena, Hamburg, Germany 10.08.08 - Rockhal, Luxembourg, Luxembourg 10.10.08 - Trent FM Arena Nottingham, Nottingham, England 10.16.08 - National Indoor Arena, Birmingham, England 10.18.08 - Liverpool Echo Arena, Liverpool, England 10.19.08 - Sheffield Arena, Sheffield, England |

Why don't you share Washington 2006 and others you have? Then you probably will get those what you want. |

I have an incomplete version of Washington on DVD and would be more than willing to share it if someone will teach me how to share a DVD. However there is a complete audio version of Washington being hoarded by the infamous Martin Scully. It should be noted that bastard is hoarding many Q+PR recordings from the 2005-06 tour. He has been hoarding them for years now. |

It also amazes me that many respect Martin Scully. He is an infamous hoarder who will do anything to keep his recordings out of the hands of the fans. Another infamous hoarder is Luke Mullens. |

Okay. First of all Martin Scully is NOT a bastard. He may be "hoarding" concerts, but he has those concerts purely because he has promised the people who recorded them that he will not trade them or give them away freely. Unfortunately in this world there are those people who only trade, which means that the rest of us (Martin included) have to have stuff to trade with those people, which is why some stuff still remains elusive to the community as a whole. Let me point out to you though Evan, and anyone else who feels the same way Evan does, that those people who are derided as "Elite Traders" are also the ones who have let out a lot of great stuff in the past that we all now enjoy - Stuff that they only got hold of in the first place by being careful who they traded the items they are "hoarding" with rather than just giving it away on this website. Luke Mullens has given (note the word given, not traded) many things to me over the years and never once asked for anything back in return, so he can't be all that bad can he? It's all about trust, and people obviously don't trust YOU. Finally Evan, There's a saying in my country which states "Put your money where your mouth is", so how about you share something worthwhile on this website (perhaps your copy of Monterray 81 in full lossless quality (not a crappy downgraded avi format, flv or mpeg1)) and I'll share some stuff that isn't widely available. |

I don't have Monterray 81. I don't know why you believed I had this video. Believe it or not I am not a Queen collector. I am a collector of anything Paul Rodgers related and I also collect the band Budgie. Budgie perhaps is the most underated band in the history of the world. Now back to the topic at hand. It is one thing to keep a recording for trading purposes for a few months or maybe even a year under extreme circumstances, but Martin Scully and Luke Mullens have been hoarding Q+PR recordings from the 2005-06 tour for over 2 years now. Some, like the Lisbon recording have been hoarded by them for 3 years now. In my opinion there is no excuses for that. They've had more than enough time to trade them around. It is also digusting to think they have no problems downloading the Q+PR concerts that are freely shared here on Quieenzone. Shame on them! If you are interested in something of mine, just let me know and I'll be happy to share it or mail you a copy via airmail. |

The tastelessness of this whole thread amazes me. Whether you agree with Mr. Scully's agreeing not to share concerts as a condition of trading for them or not, calling him a "bastard" and referring to him as "infamous" is ridiculous. Mr. Scully hoards, sure, but so do lots of other traders, and the only reason you're targeting him is because he takes the time to build, run, and maintain queenconcerts.com, and he has the cojones to post details of his entire collection of bootlegs on it. Give and ye shall receive, Evan. Quit making BS excuses and post the concerts you claim to have--if you even have them. |

Oh, and Evan, you are seriously fucked in the head. There is no "war" to speak of. It's all in your head, you dumb fuck. Keep at it, and there will be LESS bootlegs released the way your antics are going. Then again, you must be dreaming of being just like your lover Kim Jong-il again... |

Ah huh. In any case, Evan, you can thank yourself for upping the reasons I'm going to keep the eventual Canada recordings TRADE ONLY. In fact, I've already made an agreement in advance as far as trades will go for those, with one of the recorders/traders here :-) If I feel like it, I might be 'nice' and make a compilation CD with selections from those dates. How do you feel about that? You've just ruined it for yourself and everyone else here. |

I got Houston '77 from Jan, who has unfortunately has left us (RIP). Jan got the Houston DVD from the infamous Harry_queenbootlegs who had been hoarding it for years. When I got my hands on it, as with all rarities, I traded it freely for common shows. Eventually, like the Drammen show, it became so common it was seeded on Queenzone. I am also responsible for getting the once rare Milwaukee '75 and '76 shows into the open. I HATE HOARDERS! |
