Yay
I love the album very much.
In first hearing I was thinking "and this it all ???"
After a few hearings, the quality of the album is growing in me.
People must really stop thinking that this is Queen because it isn't.
The music on this album is good in my opinion.

Thanks for your reply pittrek!
Although Still Burnin' is not my favorite track, I like it specially because of the guitar solo... I just wish they hadn't put that "I've got a pain in my memory" line or something like it.
LOL
Yay,
Except Call Me which I absolutely loathe.
Actually on first listen I though the album was 'ok' I really liked the start and end but the middle of the album left me cold.
But the middle 5 tracks have grown on me now... and I think its a good album. Not great, but better than I expected.
Except for 'Call Me' which is up there, or should that be down there with Delilah and Man On The Prowl as the most unlistenable songs ever committed to tape by the boys.
A definite YAY! It's better than I expected. It's really growing on me.
It's definitely 'bluesier', but Brian is doing great guitar work... not to forget the drumming, for sure.
Paul is a great vocalist, my fave is Time to Shine and Some Things that Glitter. And you should hear Cosmos Rockin' live.. it really ROCKS!!!!
Erm if i have to express myself this way, well - YAY :-)
I find TCR to be fine straightforward rock album. After all those years of silence and some 'too commercial' records in 80' (especially HS, TW or AKOM - yes, I know, there are great tracks on them also, but well, I love Queen's rock 70' side the most) I find it rather refreshing.
I just don't know, if I can use the word 'great' (I need time), but yes, it's better I expected.
NAY. It's decent, ok album, but not up to my (not because of that nonsensical talk about "Queen's historical" bla-bla-bla) personal standards.
I expect more from such great musicians.
At the same time, it's silly to expect more considering what the music industry has become, so...at the same I understand they did the best to release good and accessible music. I admire the guys very much.
But it's NAY. I still have some hope that the guys can do better than that.
It'd be great if someone took me seriously and the guys read it - it'd serve as a kind of teasing for them to put out a much better album.
I hope to hear more from Queen + PR.
And I'm sure going to all the concerts here.
By the way, Paul sounds amazing in the album. That's one of the highlights of the album to my taste.
