From QOL:
There has been a delay in sending out the order's for the Exclusive Online Tour edition of Queen’s ‘The Cosmos Rocks’ album.
The delay has been caused by the fire in the Eurotunnel. We are doing everything we can to get your CD to you in good time and our warehouse team are on standby waiting for the goods to arrive and will be working overtime tonight and over the weekend to process your order.
Damn! But why should a fire in the Euro Tunnel affect overseas buyers? That's weird.
So now I am more than glad that I downloaded the album from HMV Japan and not decided to wait for the physical release to arrive by mail.

Because the QOL store has not received the CDs to mail them out. They were pressed in Europe.

Sorry guys ... I said they're forgiven as I donwloaded the album from HMV, so my copy from QOL can wait ... but not being able to listen to the album before seeing the band live or even not having receiving the tickets yet ... yes, that is really bad news

Because all was printed in The Netherlands and then had to be sent to the QOL office in London where distribution will be handled.
I'm curious if they were smart enough to NOT send the Dutch orders to London first and then back :-)

yeah :) i have tried to get the songs with the torrent, as it's not that much of a crime when i have ordered the album any way, but nope, haven't found anything :D
Jeroen, if you are waiting for your tickets from QOL , CALL them!! Just read the thread on QOL and be afraid. Overseas fans now ask Italian fans to have the Italian tickets sent to their homes because Digital Shit has not even sent them out yet. What made you buy tickets from them? link

Most of the tickets are safe (with either you, Leo or other friends in the countries where the show is, or I picked them up personally)
I only ordered Paris and Antwerpen from them.
Why? Because I was out of the country on the day the general sale for those shows began... and I love hitting my head time and time again against the same cosmic rock.
Surprise, surprise. Although the admin edited his post and offered "sincerest apologies".
Luckily, they were perfectly able to charge my credit card on August 1st well knowing they won't deliver before September.
From what I've gathered, seems the only one who's been well able to be able to pre-order tickets for fans AND have them sent out well in time, if not in advance, is Jacky from the Fan Club.
Hopefully, I won't have to deal with anything non-Ticketmaster/eBay as far as buying tickets goes when it comes to the eventual 2009 Canadian dates.
Definitely would not go through Digital Stores unless there was a GOOD reason (ie seats guaranteed in the first 5 rows via QOL/Album Club member presales....etc etc), that the others couldn't do.
