Have you guys seen this link... Freddie has been leading but is now in second place. If you could bring a dead rock star back to life for one gig, who would it be? John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, Kurt Cobain, Buddy Holly, Freddie Mercury? Or someone else? This Day in Music are carrying out a world-wide survey to see which dead rock stars people would want to see again - for one night only! Who would you pick? You can see a full list and vote on link |

I voted for Jim Morrison. Though I do want Freddie back... Still, Morrison gets my vote for this one. Maybe next time, Fred... |

He may not be a rock star, but I guess Jeff Porcaro deserves his spot back behind the drums. |

Carl Wilson & Dennis Wilson - and then have the Beach Boys produce on final album with Brian in control. And Freddie ofcourse. |

I've got it narrowed to to John Lennon, George Harrison, Freddie, Kurt Cobain, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Roy Orbison. I think I'll go for Roy. It's so hard to choose. Couldn't they just ask who we'd like to KEEP dead? |

Roy is truly a legend. Listened to him the other day and was really taken. Fabulous voice filled with feelings and many of those songs are really little stories in themselves. Yeah, youre right. :) He is one who could definitely knock out a couple of albums in a day if he wanted to. Was going to write Hank Williams first, but hed just spend the day drinking..;) |

Surprising how no one seems to want John Bonham back, to see the Led live again. :O |

John Entwistle & Keith Moon - the friendliest people I have ever come across. And in many ways, count as one person because of the unique backing they provided. Janis Joplin - because of her awesome voice and latent sexuality. Jimi Hendrix - don't need to expand on that. .......wheat a great band that would be! |

Jason Bonham behind the drums. But then again it's rumors. *cross my fingers* |
