Why bother, we all know the answers already.
QUESTION: Who thought of the album name?
ROGER: Brian did.
QUESTION: So who made the album cover?
BRIAN: I did
QUESTION: Do you think Freddie would approve?
BRIAN: I do, yeah.
ROGER: It's definitely what he would have wanted.
BRIAN: If he hadn't died.
ROGER: In that case, if he were here, he obviously wouldn't have wanted us to hire Paul -
PAUL: Wait a sec -
BRIAN: But if he were alive now and we had no singer he would want us to pick Paul.
ROGER: I'm not quite sure how that works, because if he were alive and we needed a singer he'd obviously want it to be him.
PAUL: Unless he got bored of Queen?
ROGER: Stay out of this.
BRIAN: So hang on; it's 'what he would have wanted', in that if he were here now, Dead, and we needed a replacement, he'd be okay with our choice?
ROGER: I suppose
BRIAN: But that's not really want he wanted is it? To be floating around, dead?
ROGER: Well no, not really.
BRIAN: So we really ought to tell people 'this isn't what Freddie would have wanted'.
ROGER: ... well, no, I mean we can't speak for a dead man.
BRIAN: I do like to think that he's up there, smiling down at us.
*They all look up*
PAUL: That's the lighting guy.

Apart from that this argumentation is really worn-out, this was very funny. Reminds me of the GVH2 commercial. I think Brian and Roger could have the potential to become a really funny comedy duo doing stuff like this. Lol
I'm very glad they became musicians and had the career that they did,
but I do believe they have a bit of comedy in them. The differing personalities just crack me up; Roger's comments during "Back Chat" and "Calling All Girls" on the GHII DVD for instance, and then Brian being so mellow.
Yes of course, we are all I think. There is something with the entire band when it comes to opposite personalities. John is imagewise a very average guy, like any dad with small kids. Seeing him on stage with dodgy dancemoves and a "lost" look is probably what it would be like to see any "average joe" performing with a rock mega band (any average joe who is a killer bassist that is). The clips of him at the Queen aftershow parties of the 80s is equally strange as we see him with the jetset elite of the celebrities in those days. Freddie is the exact opposite of him in almost every way.
No, those pictures were shocking.. He seems to be back to his normal self by now though. The video with him passing out at the Wembley afterparty is fabulous by the way.
The Q & A session is very interesting. Brian, Roger, and Paul are clearly comfortable with their new studio album. And, from what they've said, I feel very comfortable about their new studio album as well. I'm glad to hear that no two songs will be the same in style. I'm equally as glad to hear about their concern of today's media and home/portable entertainment devices. Luckily, I have a Zune, accompanied by Bose headphones that are worth about $100 -- so they had better bring out the best in their music!
Yeah loved i wasn't giving anything too much away which i like though keeps us all on tenterhooks it's so great to see the three of them talking about the experience of putting the album together and being so comfortable with each other.
