I can't understand why Queen didn't play the show must go on, innuendo and was it all worth it on the magic tour...were they stupid, why would they leave these songs out? |
Freya is quietly judging you. 09.07.2008 07:39 |
Yeah, I know, how stupid were they? |
heafo18 09.07.2008 08:30 |
maybe because they hadn't written them until 1989 and magic tour was 1986 |

I can't understand why Freddie didn't sing on the last queen and paul rodgers tour...were they stupid, why would they leave him out? |

Are you serious? Those songs weren't even written in 1986. |
Pandy Legend 09.07.2008 12:13 |
The Magic tour happened before those songs were written, so whilst it would have been fantastic to see those songs performed, it would also have been a temporal anomaly. |
ColMan 09.07.2008 12:49 |
Magic tour?? Why didn't they play them om Queen I tour???? |

Because Queen always likes to think they know what fans want to hear. When I saw Queen for the first time in Amsterdam 2002 I was screaming my lungs out for C-Lebrity. But they just wouldn't play it. :( |

And just to poke at the above, i love how you can come to the conclusion i'm not very educated and somehow assume that i'm not good looking. Surely you would have first assumed it is some attention seeking deficit i suffer from. Most ppl like that are extroverted. So that point alone proves who is more intelligent, or that you're stupid!!! |

Just to bring something new to this topic, the few holders of the King's College 1972 recording had the joy to hear Roger singing Nazis during Brian's guitar solo in "The Night Comes Down". By then, it was Queen's heaviest live song. Oh man, I wish they did that in the Magic Tour! |
