1982.10.29 Sapporo - merge
| The Real Wizard 21.06.2008 02:18 |
Queen Sapporo, Japan Hokkaidoritso Sangyo Kyoshinakaji October 29, 1982 This is a merge of two bootlegs from this show /to create what seems to be the definitive version. The bulk of it is from the "Live In Japan 1982.10.29" (BGS) silver, and the gaps are filled in with "Hot Space In Cold Place" (Breakdown). The former is from a pre-LP tape, and its sound quality is truly excellent. About 1:30 is added to beginning of show from the Breakdown version, as well as Love Of My Life, Get Down Make Love, Body Language, Under Pressure, and Tie Your Mother Down. I have sped up the Breakdown version 1/3 of a semitone, and brought the volume down 30%. * Live In Japan 1982.10.29" (BGS) silver > WAV (EAC) > FLAC (Frontend level 8) ** "Hot Space In Cold Place" (Breakdown) > CDR (x) > WAV (GoldWave pitch/speed correction, volume adjusted) > FLAC (Frontend level 8) Disc 1: 1. Flash (intro) * 2. Rock It * 3. We Will Rock You (fast) * 4. Action This Day * 5. Play The Game * 6. Calling All Girls * 7. Now I'm Here * 8. Put Out The Fire * 9. Dragon Attack * 10. Now I'm Here (reprise) * 11. Love Of My Life ** 12. Teo Torriatte * Disc 2: 1. Get Down Make Love ** 2. Guitar solo * 3. Body Language ** 4. Under Pressure ** 5. Fat Bottomed Girls * 6. Crazy Little Thing Called Love * 7. Death On Two Legs (intro) * 8. Bohemian Rhapsody * 9. Tie Your Mother Down ** 10. Another One Bites The Dust * 11. We Will Rock You * 12. We Are The Champions * 13. God Save The Queen * Here are the links to all 7 parts: link link link link link link link Distribute these files only if they are left completely unaltered. This recording should not made available at Queenzone or elsewhere in mp3 or any other lossy format. Enjoy! Sir GH P.S - big thanks to Masahiko for the original share of the BGS silver. |

Thank you Bob! The parts fit together very nicely. I'm glad that the inferior source is very good, too. So it's a very enjoyable mix. The more I listen to this show, the more I like it. It's a very special atmosphere, very quiet audience, almost intimate. And a surprisingly soft and emotional performance. Listen to PTG, LOML or Teo Torriatte! |

I originally shared a mix of both versions. In another thread only the better version was shared, which is missing 5 songs. What you have quoted is those 5 songs from the inferior version. Hope this makes sense. |

I'm trying to re-upload whatever I can to delete the files from the HD to make space for new shares and listen to them. I'm really looking forward to listening to this one after I read your comments and Nummer2's. |

Sir GH ! Many thanks for this show, it is clearly one of the best performances of BoRhap. Fascinating is how Freddie tried hard to precisely copy tones of the original studio version, sadly he did this 3 years later at Live Aid. Thanks again ! |

| RDB92 21.04.2009 12:11 |
Hi, I really appreciate the upload, this seems like an awesome concert and I look forward to hearing the mix you made! Only problem is, the links to parts a, d and e (so links 1, 4 and 5) don't work. It's a really strange problem, and one I've never encountered before with mediafire: initially the page loads just fine, but when I press the download button, the page can't be found. It might be a problem with my internet connection, but that's not very likely, because the problem only happens with the aforementioned 3 links. So cold you perhaps re-upload these 3 links some time? Take your time, I'm not in a rush, I'd just be really excited to get a hold of all the songs from this concert. Thanks in advance. |
| The Real Wizard 22.04.2009 11:07 |
Yeah, these links tend to disappear over time. I haven't got those zip files anymore, so hopefully someone else can help out... maybe even torrent it? |
| RDB92 22.04.2009 11:31 |
I understand, but maybe you or someone else could upload the missing songs in a new zip. The missing songs are: Flash Rock It We Will Rock You (Fast) Play the Game Teo Torriatte Guitar Solo Fat Bottomed Girls Another One Bites the Dust |
| q4ever22 11.06.2019 17:56 |
