It's posted on rapidshare as an self-extracting rar archive, so if you're on Windows, all you have to do is to download all the files into one folder and run the exe file. If you're on Linux or Mac, I think their rar handlers should be able to open this also.

It's Mediafire and I think Rapidshare, that renames the rar files to efw.
Just rightclick the file and choose open with if winrar doesn't recognize it
