You must be kidding. You want to kill me, right? Say it. "I wanna kill yara", just say it. Now...I'm still seeding the other one, I just came from my class, and I don't know whether there's space avaiable for me to download this one...I will create space. lol I will ask for help from friends here to delete what's useless and stuff. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You made my day - and I didn't even have the time to enjoy all the flags in the torrent client, you can't believe it, there was one from Sweden, I'm not making it up, it was absolutely beautiful and fantastic, very well designed, so cute, I wanted to hold that flag so dearly...and the flag from Italy, which is rare, I had only seen in the client once, I LOVE this flag, and there was a flag from France for the first time in my whole torrent life. I'm kinda of moved, really. So I'll stop. |

Thank you for this, I was really looking for it! It's amazing to hear Imagine, but I would they have never played this (=John Lennon wouldn't be dead). |

Roy, when you add the rapidshare links, would you be so kind as to update the thread just with the notice: "rapidshare links added", so that I can update our Flac concert list? That is, if time allows and you think it's worthwhile. Anyway, maaaan, you're killing me softly. lol All these flags...and I'm not using the computer where I can open the torrent client, if I were, I would be looking at the flags. I waited so long for those ones. Thanks a lot. |

Spectral views are best to identify fake loseless. This seems like an mp3 played thru Winamp or WMP and recorded onto WAV, so definately LOSSY. I wonder why all last Roy's shares are mp3 sourced passed as loseless. Would you mind checking your shares before uploading them? Thanks in advance. |

Hi dear Alex. How are you ? So you mean a Mpeg file passed as lossless shows that strange line ? Is that always the case, and does that absolutely mean that it is mpeg disguised with Winamp or so ? I am not that expert in that field and I am always happy to learn new things. I had one recording showing the same thing, a strange line, but closer to 20.000 : Paul Rodgers solo (yes I know, you LOVE Paul Rodgers !), thanks Dobo : link In this post I uploaded some spectral views and frequencies analysis of the tracks, they show the same strange thinh. These files come from radio broadcast, don't know if that explain something anyway. Also could you please get an eye on the Milwaukee 1976, I did the same thing, I uploaded spectral views and frequencies analysis for this gig and still wanted to have some explanation about the way they look. It's in this topic (thanks Queenline, I read your PM !) : link If you can help us with your skills, many thanks in advance !! Regards, Olivier, France. |

All shares? Well, let's take a better look into it, with care, and without charging anyone yet, ok? I just checked "Let me Entertain You" from the previous share by Roy, Dec-10-1980, and these were the results: [03 Let me entertain you.wav] Detected average hi-boundary frequency: 2.011565e+004 Hz Detected average lo-boundary frequency: 1.269613e+004 Hz Detected average hi-cut frequency: 2.145989e+004 Hz Detected average lo-cut frequency: 1.642585e+004 Hz Maximum probablis boundary frequency: 2.189600e+004 Hz Coefficient of nonlinearity of a phase: 2.232274e+000 First order smothness: 3.301887e-001 Second order smothness: 8.962264e-001 ------------------------------------------------------------ This track looks like CDDA with probability 100%. No errors occured. |

To help Daffy, these were the results I got for the first four files of this share: "auCDtect: CD records authenticity detector, version 0.8.2 Copyright (c) 2004 Oleg Berngardt. All rights reserved. So, while in Daffy's test tracks 3 and 4 source could not be qualified, in mine, yes, and it's a mixed result with regards to probability. I hope someone knowledge on all this can help us sort it all out. |

I really don't think it is a mp3-sourced recording. First, there's no neat cut at 16 kHz or even anywhere. Then, there's no black hole in the spectrum view. These two things are different in the Manchester 74 recording which is clearly mp3-sourced. I think it is a tape which was very badly transfered as the levels on each channel are really not equal and there is a lot of tape hiss. Otherwise, the sound of this recording is quite bad so it is not surprising that there's no high end. But maybe something was done after it was transfered on cdr. |

Yada, yada yada. First of all, I'm not the man in charge. 2nd, I do check stuff before sharing here. Don't wanna make people to fucking download hundreds of MB's of lossy stuff. It only takes a couple of mins to check the quality of a recording. You took it too personal, slow it down old fella ;-) |
